The tv turns off randomly on it owns even though we turned off auto turn off and energy mode. The remote is entirely dead and we’ve only had it for less than two years

I was sold a lemon, right before my warranty ran out lines appeared on the screen.. no biggie they sent out an technician, an replaced the screen.. not more than 2 months same problem happens again.. they sent out another technician and screen.. at this point I’m a little annoyed but they replaced the screen so ok.. however, within 3 months of watching tv on the replacement screen another line appeared on my screen.. called the service team NO HELP .. saying your warranty ran out a week ago and my only options were to trade in the old tv and purchase a new tv… for over 1k or be stuck with a broke tv…like are you serious.. some help .. YOU guys sent out 2 janky screens to my home on 2 different occasions .now you want me to pay for your mistake...it’s really sad a case

Easy Set Up

The TV software was plug n play which made set up really easy. I don't have quite the clarity I wanted but over all, it was a great purchase!!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your xxx TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.
