To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your new TV and remote, you can download the Q60B TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q60B TV under QLED 4K TVs > B Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

Sadly, I did not purchase the extended warranty but worry not as I have stumbled upon Best Buy as always and found an offer i could not dismiss! It was a Samsung 85" TV Open Box for such a price, I could not believe it myself. I quickly drove to Best Buy and got the TV. With all my excietment, I've rushed home, unpacked it, plugged it in and sadly.. The excellent open box Samsung had a crack in it. Thankfully I've took picture of the box before leaving the store and prior to unloading it. I was very upset, I thought the deal was too good to be true, and it was.. until I've contacted Best Buy costumer service and I was reassured that I can return the TV and will receive a replacement or a refund. The next day, I've brought the TV back to the store, met with costumer service and was in the process of returning the TV, confirming what the over-the-phone customer service has told me and provided with picture evidence. At first, it seemed easy, then the customer service had to report with the problem to their higher ups, perhaps a manager. The manager who was only a few feet away, while looking at me with the 85" TV Box next to me, wanted to make it hard for me with returning the TV because it was an open box... I hauled the TV home 35+ miles, brought it back 35+ miles, spoke to corporate without an issue and the man at the store wanted to play hard.. go figure. I stood my ground! While waiting through all this mishap with people behind me waiting impatiently, I've found another Open Box TV by Samsung but without the Box. One of the TV experts reassured me by plugging the TV in that this one is crack/damage free. I've asked for an exchange and I think that made the whole process easier. Not only I've gotten a better TV version of 85" Samsung Class Q60B but I've got a 5-year warranty just in case, and paid much less than the first cracked TV. Although the experience as a little shakey, and I understand mistakes happen, I've still got the best deal at Best Buy. The TV was delivered to my home and now I am enjoying it with my family! Thanks Best Buy!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60B TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If you’re still noticing blurring on the screen, try adjusting the Picture Clarity Settings to improve your image. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60B TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.

Not Great

We bought this and had to return it. It won't work with Sonos. The remote can't be programmed. It is a very basic TV. Only upside is it is big and cheap.

Not worth the price!

QLED made me run back to OLED

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Immediately after install the first thing I noticed was the screen had large portions of the screen that would stay partially lit, so there were splotches of areas that would look absolutely terrible anytime I tried to watch any show that was dark in nature. The other issue was that depending on the angle you were viewing it from you would not see things the same way. I immediately went back to the store and exchanged it back for an OLED tv. I will never go with QLED tv in the future.
