This TV is AWESOME!!! It boasts a very high quality color display. The stock speaker sound is comparable to some sound bars. I have it hung above my fireplace. It adds an amazing anesthetic conversation piece to our family room

Very awesome TV for sports and gaming. The processors in the Q80 make a big difference in quality of gameplay in love sporting events. And the game mode is out of this world. You get a lot of tech in this tv that is high quality and worth the money

I've owned this tv for 23 days. This is a great tv. I like everything about it except the issue that I just noticed was cloudy white spots all over the screen during the dark scenes of any movies. This is my first defective Samsung tv.

I purchased an out of box TV that said it only had a missing stand to find out it actually had shadowing and dead pixels... No I must wait for a couple weeks to have it looked at by Geek Squad to see if they can fix it cause I bought a warranty. Disappointed to say the least.

Not a bad tv, but, we went through 2 before going with the NEO due to some white spots in dark scenes. the pictures are from the original and the one they swapped out before the NEO

This TV is big and beautiful on most shows, but I noticed an issue on tv shows and movies with darker scenes. The dark scenes showed that the TV I had was defective. The screen showed blotches and I could not find a way to fix it. I ended up returning it and just paying more for a 77” Sony Oled. I’m not going to bash Samsung because I would think that this issue is not common because they wouldn’t sell any TVs if this was normal.

I've had this TV up and running for a little over 4 weeks. Starting to notice the same thing others have pointed out with the white clouds on dark scenes. Its very distracting and annoying. Going to call Best Buy to see what can be done. Hoping I can trade for a different model.

It TOOK 3! TVs to get one without this issue. Don’t ask me why I kept the faith. Today I received one that finally does not have that white cloudy light thing going on. They say there must have been a bad batch of TVs and I just so happened to get three of them. I don’t know if I would even recommend this tv. Perhaps pay a little more for the one that is a step up. Very frustrating to have to put up and take down a very heavy tv three times. Those are both TVs in the photos. Even the pattern of the damage was similar. Almost a circular pattern. Keep in mind for this tv you may need to buy a sound bar. Built in Speakers suck.

I was excited about this tv and it’s size. Don’t get me wrong it is an amazing tv but i started noticing some cloudiness on dark screens im not sure what you would call it but i will be returning it. Hopefully to get something better than this one.

I def didn’t get a QLED screen like I fell in love with at the store. Waited a week and got a hold of BB. New one coming. Either I got a defect OR not a QLED tv…screen is just like our 65 inch. Just bigger.
