It was very difficult to get it home because there was not even a box. It has 9000+ hours on the tv so this must have been a floor model running constantly for over a year. We have weird glitches constantly. The sound will completely go out and we have to reset every setting for the tv to output sound to the speakers. It also makes us have to log into every single streaming/samsung account every time it happens. Its a constant battle of having to set up the tv like a new device.

QLED is flawed, OLED is the way.

I came from a 63 inch Plasma to the 85 inch QLED 60 c TV and the buyer regret was instantaneous. First of all Best Buy has good customer service, this is not about an issue with them, just the product. The TV has backlight bleed - you can adjust some of the issue but the cost of darker blacks is more light bloom (3D effect) and overall color loss. The blacks are not black they are grey with a leather effect it is very distracting. The audio has crackling if you use an optical connection. The remote is too small for adult hands. The TV has a processing issue with YouTube TV and movies will stutter and often blur. Ok I solved every one of these issues buying the LG 77 OLED c2. It is a perfect TV, natural cinematic brightness, no weird 3D effect, perfect blacks, no light aura, perfect sound. It was $800 more and with every dollar. I did look at neo QLED but the black and light bleed is still a factor, not as much but still there. I get distracted with screen issues so OLED for me, IS THEY WAY.
