I don’t understand what’s going on. I pay insurance and I pay warranty for that TV but not the TV is blocked and Samsung see me he can help me about that. I need to guide other one TV and I still lost that money. I ordered that TV that is not fair.

I am satisfying. Only remote control is not friendly

We wanted to love this TV. The actual ordering and shipping processes were great. But when we set up the TV and tried to watch a movie the amount of backlight bleed was awful and too distracting to ignore (we tried). For the amount we paid, we decided to return it and get a new one hoping it was just a flaw in that TV. The exchange process was good, and the new one came quickly. But when we set the second TV up it had the same problem! It wasn't quite as bad as the first TV, but, again, for the price we paid it wasn't worth it. If you plan to mostly watch sports or brighter TV shows, you probably wouldn't notice the backlight bleed. It was more of an issue for movies and shows with darker settings. We wound up upgrading to an LG Class B3 Series OLED and are very happy with it. Last note, despite selling us two damaged TVs, Best Buy's only offer was that if we kept the 2nd TV they would comp us a $50 gift card... I know this is a corporation and they don't need to value their customers, but why offer anything at all if that's all they're willing to give for a faulty $1,599.99 TV?

Overall fine. Had to replace former Samsung. I have higher hopes for this one. The sunsetting of 3D functionality is unfortunate.

Backlight is truly awful. Contacted Samsung 3 separate times resulting in a full screen replacement and hours of settings changing. Still have bad clouding just in different spots. If you only watch bright shows and movies this is the TV for you, although if you watch anything that is remotely dark this TV will leave you regretting your purchase. I own all Samsung TVs but this made me question my loyalty. If I could swap this for a different backlight setup I would gladly pay to do so. Looks like I’m stuck being annoyed whenever I watch a movie for a while

I love the tv. The pic is crystal clear. I like that we no longer need to use a fire stick because of all the apps the tv comes with. The size fits perfect in the living room.

I am completely surprised with this flat screen. Awesome crystal clear screen quality, perfect built in sound and slim size. The remote it cones with is solar based which I loved it.

Extremely heavy tv. BUT the quality is great. Remote has a “cursor” feature. Great for navigating the screen. Picture quality is being what I expected. Clear picture.
