    The pirce is great for the TV. However, I am not impressed with the TV. I thought QLED would have sharp quality compared to my old Samsung. But as I watch both, I cant tell much difference. I bought mine from the outlet where it is not display. Before purchasing, I recommend visiting an actual BB Store and check it out in comparison to another Samsung that is not QLED

    The staff was great and very knowledgeable about the 85” Samsung tv I purchased , very helpful in setting up the time for them to install it , the guys came out in it took them less than hour to set tv , sound bar and bass system up and explained everything I needed to know they were great installer gave me his phone number and told me if I had any problems for me to give a call !!

    We love the size of this TV and the quality is great EXCEPT there seems to be random, white faded blobs in random areas of the screen. Sometimes you can’t really tell, but as soon as whatever we’re watching gets dark. It’s totally obvious. I’m not sure if this is a setting or a defect, but I’m debating on contacting Samsung. Had I not mounted the TV on the wall and had a truck to transport it, I would’ve taken it back to Best Buy.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60D TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    BOUGHT BRAND NEW- STOPPED WORKING IN 7.5 MONTHS

    THIS TV STOPPED WORKING IN 7 1/2 MONTHS AFTER BUYING IT BRAND NEW FOR $1,799. IT HAS ONE YEAR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY AND SAMSUNG IS COMING OUT BUT THE REDDIT REVIEWS ON SUCCESS WITH THEM ARE NOT GOOD! Beware. Samsung TV’s are NOT what they used to be. I have a black screen, flashes of dark blue, and a blinking red light. No damage to power cords, did all troubleshooting. UGH this is too an expensive of a product to stop working after 8 months.
