Overall, the TV is a quality product. The image is clean and very good visually. The only reason I won't give this purchase itself 5 stars is because I got it as an open box item. I initially asked multiple times for the staff to plug the tv in so that I can see if there were any dead pixels but felt like they kept stalling and couldn't find a plug (in a Best Buy full of TVs mind you). Me and my wife were in sort of a hurry at this point after waiting around for a while but now I regret not insisting at the time. The delivery staff delivered the tv to our house and we were VERY careful. Three of us moved the tv upstairs and when I plugged in for the first time, of course. A dead pixel. They don't offer a repair warranty on open box items and told me that Samsung would also be alerted that it was an open box item and that warranty would not help either. I had bought 30-day insurance where I could return it if I wasn't happy or if something was wrong with the tv, but it was so much trouble moving and mounting this open box tv that I felt it wasn't worth the trouble to unmount it and be without a tv because of one dead pixel. The 3rd person who helped us was visiting and wouldn't be available to help any time soon after this. Lesson learned. ALWAYS insist on them turning the TV on first before buying one that is an open box item. Looking on the bright side, I did save $800 off of the retail price because it was open box so I guess I can live with one dead pixel if I have to.

Excellent TV! Not one complaint. You’ll want to add a surround sound system (but should for all TV’s). Starts up fast, great response, great picture! Not super heavy either. We got a great deal during Black Friday.

This is the best TV! It's like having a movie theater in my living room. I love it and I recommend it 100%. The quality, the sound, and absolutely everything about it is amazing. It's a Samsung, and that says it all; they make the best TVs.

Product is bright, awesome, and was easy to set up right out of the box. I did add a sound bar. Nobody wants to watch movies with just tv sound.

This is a cinema! It looks so good in my living room, now everyone wants to come and watch tv here. The picture is great, refresh rate is amazing and just generally a great over all big 85” tv

This size od tv fits our wall so much better than our previous tv. No complaints avout samsung tvs they are great! Love the split screen capabilities.

Tv has a lot of good features. Perfect size. Delivery team had to reschedule delivery. Also complained about having to bring it up stairs.
