    This was definitely the BEST BUY! Love everything about this TV and the price was a big plus! The picture looks bright and colors show great. I purchased the Samsung sound bar of course you want to amplify a Big Screen!

    After first update tv would not turn back on, just made clicking noises, finally got it back on after that the tv just cycles on and off by itself for about the first hour after turning on and it goes to the Samsung tv channels on its own. Having to swap for different model

    My visit to Best Buy was very, very pleasant since the person who assisted me was very kind and polite, had experience in televisions and I am very happy with the purchase I made and for the help provided. Excellent service.

    I received my TV and had it install like two weeks later and it is defective. I had to call Samsung for repairs and yet to hear from them. Very dissatisfied.
