I purchased an 85" Samsung TV on November 13, 2023 from Bestbuy in Birmingham, AL on Hwy 280. On November the 14, 2023, upon unpacking, prepping and mounting the TV, it was discovered that the TV display was faulty. I immediately reported the incident to Bestbuy customer service and was instructed to return the TV to the store for an exchange. Upon arriving at the bestbuy location on November 14, 2023 I was informed, by a store employee, that the TV had a loose back when it left the store on the day I purchased. Less than 24hrs prior to me attempting to return the TV. The store GM insisted that the TV was damaged and he wasn't going to accept the TV because it was not in the same working condition as when it left. I attempted to explain that is why I am attempting to exchange the TV for one that works properly. I was denied any help from the store but rather arrogantly told that I wouldn't receive anything but an apology. Please see the video evidence of the store employee CLEARLY stating that they sold me a none secure TV. I have attempted numerous times, since November 14, 2023, to schedule at home pick up and/or exchanges only to be denied or canceled by the store GM (Kerry G.). I have physically attempted to return the TV to the store twice. Just to be told Noone would help me with the matter. I have attempted to contact someone at a corporate level without success. I have since purchased an entire new Samsung 85" TV, FROM BESTBUY, since this incident.. I am a loyal customer that bought a product that was not properly secured according to the store employee that allegedly checked the tv.. Upon arrival at my residence and unpacking and installing the TV on November 14th, the product was defective. I followed all installation guidelines including leaving the plastic and corner pieces on for the installation and after. Please see pictures of the TV installed with the material still intact. I spent thousands of dollars in a bestbuy store over the past few weeks and many more thousands over my life time. I have never been treated this way by anyone. The GM at this location is one of the most unprofessional individuals that I've ever dealt with throughout my life. I am no longer seeking an exchange for this defective product due to purchasing a new one. I am seeking help for a refund of this defective product that was sold to me on November 13, 2023.

I purchased a tv, surround system and tv mount, pkus all new cables and didnt get a bundle deal. I returned a surround sound system and upgraded to the 11.1.4 so the bundle deal didn't work

Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended.
