If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. The TV arrived a little over 6 months ago and has been working perfectly until yesterday. It switched off and now is stuck on a bootloop. I have tried everything to get it to switch back on but I've given up at this point. I'm really disappointed that for the prices, these TVs can still be faulty. I live overseas so warranty doesn't really cover and I have to pay a technician to fix/repair it. It's been scheduled for tomorrow and I'm almost certain the problem will either be the LCD panel or some other 500$ part that will neither be available in the market nor will it be cheap to get. At this point my spirit is broken. I had saved all my money and bought it as a gift to myself on my birthday. I think I'm going to move away from Samsung products.

I purchased this TV from a store and brought it home and set it up myself. After the setup was complete we noticed a vertical blue line on the screen. I went through Best Buy tech support and was told after troubleshooting that I would have to have an exchange done. I was told that a new TV would be delivered and installed. When it arrived, two guys dropped off the box and took the old TV and left. They apologized for not being able to set it up because they had 45 other deliveries to do and they left. Now I have a boxed TV in my living room and no one to help set it up since I recently had surgery. When I called Best Buy support they said installation was not included since I didn’t originally pay for it. Even after I was sold a defective product. I did purchase the 2-year protection plan but apparently that doesn’t mean anything. I’m hoping the product meets expectations once it’s set up. I’m disappointed that Best Buy did not meet the expectations.

Been 3 months since I Purchased this TV and gotta say that it was worth every Penny! Bought it open Box for a steal and has checked every box that I was looking for. Colors are are insane, no glare during day and pop like crazy when in the dark
