The TV picture itself is amazing. Movies in 4k are out of this world. The detail is amazing and you get a theatre like feel. The only con as other reviewers have also mentioned is the sound system. You have to turn the volume up all the way to 40 to hear anything. It is a change from other Samsung TVs I've owned in the past. Why do they do that now? That said the sound once turned up is very good. I'd blame the way movies are shot nowadays with actors voices all mumbled. I have to have the subtitles on. All in all a solid TV. 4 stars. 1 star off for the sound issue

I have only had the TV one month, however it truly has a great picture, and the detail is amazing. I love the quick on and off when the power button is hit. Sitting 26' away from the screen, this is head and shoulders above our previous 65". When coupled with a Samsung soundbar, the Samsung Q-Symphony is perfect. The Geek Squad (Arthur and Lydell) did a great job of setting is up, mounting it to the wall, and explaining the features..thanks fellas.

Bought this tv to upgrade from my 65” Vizio, and let me tell you it is a game changer for movie night the clarity this tv has is amazing, the price was just right wish I would of bought this a lot sooner. I know I will definitely purchase this again and will recommend to family and friends.

TV quality is awesome, sound and light is great, its really clear to view and listen.

This is a great purchase for the price. I bought this as a replacement for my 60in Samsung. I use my new Q80C in the living room for TV streaming, and the occasional gaming. I like the picture quality, networking options, settings, and build in apps. I recommend the Q80C, it was a good upgrade for my entertainment life. Worth every dollar.

Watching 4K movies on this television is amazing! In Top Gun Maverick I could see wrinkles that I couldn’t even see on the huge screen in the movie theater on Tom. I would recommend this television to everyone. Make sure you get a good sound bar to go with it. The Samsung sound bar that has route channels is a great compliment to the screen.

This was a very good purchase as a total tech member it was installed beautifully and in a very professional manner and the customer service was excellent the picture is phenomenal and it tied into our sono’s arc and sound bar it has been a true treat to have and watch.

A very good tv with quality sound and picture clarity. A smart tv that doesn’t make me feel so dumb. Software a little different than the previous Samsung that I bought, but still friendly enough where I could learn easily and navigate without too many delays.
