    I'm giving this television 3 stars solely because of the remote control. For a TV that costs over $2000, I expect a functional remote. Unfortunately, this remote makes controlling the TV extremely difficult. It seems they went too minimalistic with the design, making it frustrating to use.

To assist in learning the various functions, please know you can download the Q80D TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. You can search for and select the Q80D TV to download the guides you would like.

      The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

    I still see glares even though QLED is meant to not show glares. I still like it. I do love the ease of it and the new controller. Less buttons which I appreciate much more.
