    TV performed far better than I expected. Great quality and picture, I bought it mainly for the family but my PS5 performance is great on it

    I was excited about this TV especially after reading the reviews but not happy with my purchase. The sound is terrible, the equalizer button doesn't even do anything to enhance sound, the picture quality is so so, if I could return it I would.

      Thank you for choosing Samsung’s QN70F TV and for sharing your feedback on the sound quality. To ensure you're getting the latest sound performance improvements, we recommend checking for any available firmware updates: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the sound still doesn’t meet your expectations after updating, there are several settings that can be customized to better suit your preferences:
      • Sound Mode & Expert Settings: Choose from preset Sound Modes or manually adjust bass, treble, and balance to better suit your preferences. Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode or Expert Settings
      • AI Mode: Enable AI Mode to let your TV intelligently optimize sound based on your environment and content. This includes features like:
      o Adaptive Sound: Analyzes room acoustics and content in real time
      o Adaptive Volume: Maintains a consistent volume level over time
      o Active Voice Amplifier: Enhances dialogue when ambient noise is detected
      • Auto Volume: Helps stabilize volume when switching channels or input sources: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume > On

      To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
      • Standard – Ideal for general viewing
      • Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
      • Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
      • Movie – Best for viewing in low light
      • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content

      You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.

      Additionally, if you're viewing content from an external source (cable box, streaming device, etc.) via HDMI, please also enable Input Signal Plus which expands the input signal range for HDMI connections and heightens your image: Home > left directional button > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Input Signal Plus, then select the HDMI port your device is connected to.

    You get a ZERO! My delivery time was 1pm-5pm. It is 7:45pm and no communication from anyone! I have talked to two different people from the phone number provided on the email and neither person could actually give assistance. It is horrible customer service. My delivery was supposed to be updated as the day went on and STILL NO DELIVERY. I am expecting some kind of response to where my delivery is????????? I wonder if I'll get my $400 gift card for writing my review? or I wonder if i'll get my TV delivery??????
