Flawed Tv-Thank goodness for being a Total Member

Had someone from Best Buy come out to look at it and was informed that the one connect box had overheated and in turn overheated the tv. Luckily, I paid to be a total member and now I am getting a brand new tv. (Now longer getting a Samsung due to their poor quality overtime)

When I had people over on Sunday to unbox it and lift it to its resting place, we found that it was bent. Yes, bent. Metal frame on top and bottom about a foot from right edge was buckled from the tv bring bent. It still worked but who want to pay that much money for a bent tv. So I called Best Buy to exchange it. After a phone call, and many chat messages with 5 or 6 reps, it was determined they had no replacements available so I just needed to return it. As a side note, picture quality for regular HD television from cable box was not as good as expected.

You get that movie theater experience in your own home. I must say that I have noticed that streaming yields better picture quality than watching TV with my FIOS HD cable box.

Have it in my living room and the anti glare screen is perfect for all the natural light I have. Picture looks so realistic and almost 3d. Speakers could be better but not bad.

That is why i gave a four star. I am going to have to buy a surround sound because of it.

Noticed pronounced vertical lines all over the TV. For an originally $8k priced TV, I expected much more of a rigorous quality assurance inspection. Will return.
