Also, there is a lot of pixilation on the screen. I don't know if that is the TV's fault, or the cable company.

The warranty is a year and setting up someone to come out to look at it has been rough (on own dime). I thought samsung would stand behind their product more...

Terrible experience

Neither Best Buy nor Samsung are lifting a finger to help. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with both companies and neither appear to be talking to the other. Best Buy won't honor the extended warranty Samsung gave me.

Purchased product during the thanks giving on best sale. they suppose to deliver on April. all of sudden in April coming and saying there is no inventory available. the lady who spoke to me is very rude. without my consent she did cancelled item. she did not even ask where to refund this money. I would not recommend best buy at all.

Bad Quality TV

TV has TV is too advance for lower quality movies even in HD. Picture went out at 1 week of use. Also TV has a separate hub to connect HDMI and surround sound. This component hangs on the back of the TV like a tick.
