    at delivery major cord connection had to be replaced. now the screen is developing lines at the top. the warranty support from samsung is horid. would never buy a samsung tv again at this price range. to risky. also, there is little to no 8k content to access.

    Bought this TV, when we got it home and unboxed set up we noticed a distortion in the TVs speakers. The distortion only seemed to get worse so we boxed it back up and took it back to the store. We returned it and went with a different model.

    $8,000 worthless Samsung Brick of a TV

    The swrvice was amazing and the installers were fantastic as always. That being said, I spent almost 10k on this TV and stuff to go with it. I had it mounted on my wall and after a week and a half, the screen completely went out!!!! That was NOT what i was expecting when i bought Samsungs "FLAGSHIP" TV and even went ahead and bought the 2022 model that was much more expensive. We were VERY disappointed to say the least. They did bring me a new one and its still in the box right now. They also took all the hue lights down and the brackets they used arent sticky anymore so i hope they bring a new hue lighting system to me as well. If this TV goes out like the last one then I'll be returning it and not getting the same model ever again. I hope it works out!! This whole experience has been a huge inconvenience and it took weeks for them to even come get the defective tv. It sucks paying that much for aomething that ultimately breaks in a week!

    Purchased the 85inch QN900B and I have to say this tv is absolutely amazing. We upgraded from a 2016 Sony 850D. At first the tvs picture is not 100% perfect but playing with the picture settings I have the absolute perfect picture. The blacks are actually try black, the colors are bright, and the detail is amazing! I have heard of some people having by issue after firmware updates but our tv is updated to version 1520 and so far no issues. Thank you Samsung for an amazing tv! P.S Samsung don’t touch anything as far as firmwares go lol

    Got 3 of these tvs each one with backlighting and dirty picture effect issues. Its a pity as the tv is capaable of an outstanding image. Unfortunately panel quality control has been extremely poor.

    looked like a great tv, turned on for setup and then moved it to the final mount and it didnt turn on any more.

    The image quality on this thing is very close to the same as the old years model minus the $1500 discount. I would hold off till this model is being discontinued like the last one...

      I'm sorry to hear you're not fully satisfied with your new 2022 QN800B TV's picture quality. If the image you’re seeing is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.
