Great picture quality, easy setup and smooth functionality. I have owned quite a few Samsung TVs. This is the best one by far. I highly recommend this product. If you are in the business of looking for a 8k TV with a reasonable price, look no further.

Upon taking it out the box ans plugging it up, we discovered streaks and lines in the picture. I called Bestbuy and they sent another TV and guess what… this time there was a light blue border around the picture and the tv wouldnt stay on for moee than 1 minute. This is my third attempt… Ill he back with a follow up.

A good TV , but does not feel stable on a stand

However the sound can be improved a bit, but that is not why offered it a 4 star. The real challenge this TV poses is for people like us , who do not want to hang the TV, rather who would like it on a stand. Thats where the large screen and the lack of adequate support makes it lean towards the front. The stand coule have been improved and a better support designed so that it looked stable and nice on a stand!

You have to press the remote hard and often to get the tv to respond. Instead I use my Roku remote. Otherwise the tv is great. I would have given it a 5 star review.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Good tv , not great .

I’m coming from a Sony Bravia 55 inch . I feel like my Bravia looks better but I’m not sure if it’s cause it was smaller . The Samsung looks great but I think the Bravia looks better . I’ve calibrated it using the smart things app professional mode and it made a huge difference but I’d still give the edge to my Bravia . That’s not to say this Samsung looks bad at all but I was expecting it to look lot better then my 10 year old 4k Bravia and it was not the case . Would still reccomend for the size though .

Picture great sound great great for playing video games watching a movie. Adding a soundbar would be best but im ok with it as is

You are not told that it has a addition separate box that you need to use your TV. Apparently this box unit gave out eight months after I purchased the TV. So it is under the Samsung warranty. Samsung apparently uses Conn's techs for repairs. They came out right away, but a part was needed, which was ordered right away. Well its the third week and Conn's still does not know when the part is to arrive. So I am still staring at the wall for such an expensive tv.
