We went with this TV to replace a Samsung - 85" Class QN800 Neo QLED 8K UHD Smart Tizen that we returned that we bought and had a problem with. This is a Great TV beautiful picture. super nice!

By far the best TV I have ever owned. The picture is amazing and far surpasses my old 75". Love the Samsung channels as well, did not realize I would get all those with the TV!

Several times the TV shut off on its own and would not restart. Left it overnight and it turned on the next day but later turned off again. After a few days, it’s working but that was a scare.

Purchased 8/2024 great tv. hdmi ports had to be replaced by Samsung in 8/2025--just weeks b/4 1yr warranty expired. The 12/2025--after just 18 months, the one connect box goes bad. no power to tv. Best thing is..(wait for it)...they no longer make the one connect box..so no one can repair your tv,.Nothing. I have a $3399 door stop,
