Amazing product i love this amazing quality of picture

We went with this TV to replace a Samsung - 85" Class QN800 Neo QLED 8K UHD Smart Tizen that we returned that we bought and had a problem with. This is a Great TV beautiful picture. super nice!

Several times the TV shut off on its own and would not restart. Left it overnight and it turned on the next day but later turned off again. After a few days, it’s working but that was a scare.

**Review of Samsung 85-Inch Class Neo QLED 8K QN800C Smart TV: Buyer Beware** I’m sharing a deeply frustrating experience with the Samsung 85-Inch Neo QLED 8K TV and both Samsung's and Best Buy's service. If I could give a zero star, I would happily do that. The one star is also not deserved. I purchased this Samsung 85-Inch Neo QLED 8K TV on July 19, 2019, for around $3,400, which is no small sum for a TV. At the time, I decided not to get the extended warranty, which was priced at $400. I figured the manufacturer warranty would be enough and didn’t anticipate anything happening to such a premium product in the short term. However, just 2 months after my return policy with Best Buy ended, disaster struck. Someone in the household must have accidentally hit the TV because suddenly half the screen went completely black. To this day, we don’t know how it happened. When I contacted Samsung, I was hopeful they would consider my situation, especially as I own five Samsung products. Instead, their service was not only unhelpful but rude. They sent out a technician who outright dismissed my issue, basically accusing me of causing the damage and offering no solution. Samsung’s response was: "You're on your own." I also reached out to Best Buy, hoping for some kind of assistance, but they were just as indifferent. Within two months of purchasing the TV, I was left with a $3,400 product that was completely unusable and no recourse from either Samsung or Best Buy. **My Advice:** If you're making a significant purchase like this, **never** rely on the manufacturer's warranty alone, especially with Samsung products. If you don’t buy the extended warranty, you're taking a huge risk, and if something goes wrong, both Samsung and Best Buy will leave you high and dry. The experience with Samsung’s customer service, which routes you to a call center with unhelpful representatives, was incredibly frustrating. Ultimately, I regret my decision, and I recommend you **think twice before buying a Samsung TV** or relying on Best Buy for Support .
