    Great but Sonos Arc problems

    Only 2 starts because of my Sonos Arc problem. Good picture shows glare of any light in the room. So make sure your room is dark. My complaint is having problems with my Sonos Arc with it. I have it plugged into the e-arc port on the TV but sometimes no sound. It only happens when using the Apple TV 4k. This is s known issue. Just Google it. To get it to work, I have to go out of app and go back into it. Sometimes I have to do this 3 or 4 times. I have now noticed that on Netflix as I am searching for something to watch, it will have sound then I go to the next program, now I have no sound. Very frustrating. Mostly happens in Netflix but happens in all my apps.

    Beautiful! So glad to have had the help of Brian Goodwill to help us get this set up along with all the other accessories to make our home entertainment set-up worth every penny we invested!

    DAMAGED HDMI PORTS

    Overall the tv is great and picture quality is amazing when streaming hd or 4k videos from streaming services but as far as watching content from my cable provider the picture quality drastically falls for the worst. I'm also extremely disapointed with my purchase. I paid for a brand new set but it is evident I was given a used one. Three out of the four hdmi ports arrived damaged and there were cosmetic imperfections throughout the back cover, scratches and white scuff marks that look pretty bad. I am almost certain this tv was mounted on a wall previously. If I am paying Best Buy full price for a brand new unit why are they giving me a used on? I had to rent a vehicle to pick this unit from the warehouse and that too was a headache because the warehouse was short staffed. I thought I was buying a good quality item but ended up buying a terrible headache instead.

    The Geek Squad that came out and moved one TV and mounted the new one did a great job and made sure that we understood how everything worked.

    Nice tv for the price range Vide viewing angle No issues with light hitting from sides but any lightbulbs in-front will reflect like a rainbow on the screen
