Didn’t purchase from BB
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased Samsung QN85A 85 inch online through my employer and Samsung back on September 11th and was delivered October 18th. And started the return process on the 19th. HDMI ports 1, 2 and 3 did not work. Only HDMI PORT 4 worked. Picture quality using Directv was absolutely terrible. Image was extremely blurry and motion was awful. 4K content streaming thru Netflix, HBO Max and Hulu looked amazing but at times motion was terrible. Sound was real good. We used the stand and it is very inadequate for this size tv. Not really impressed for the amount of money Samsung asks for the is tv. If you choose to purchase this product I wish you the best; hopefully yours will be awesome. My next purchase will be through BestBuy.

I was looking for a Samsung and located a 85 inch for a great price. I ordered it and picked a delivery date. I was constantly receiving updates on my order and it arrived on time. The unit is great, the picture is amazing. I would definitely purchase again from Best Buy's website.
