The delivery and set up was done quickly and expertly. The remote is super easy to use and doesn't require batteries or charging as it charges itself by light. Love the picture and all the bells and whistles.

Color is fantastic and dark scenes are easily viewed. I do recommend having a sound bar, as it only helps to enhance to overall experience. NEO LED is better than OLED for low vision!

With low vision OLED offerings are too dark where many grays appear black to low vision users but this QLED with NEO LED layer offers the best clarity and brightness combination with outstanding contrast!

The picture is clear and the colors are vibrant. The remote control is easy to use and intuitive. We have Samsung 75" and 65" TV's and are pleased with them as well.

Two things stop it from being a 5. The first is it has two much reflective shadows in multi-lit area. As long as you keep the lights low, or if the picture is bright, it's great. Second, the darks are dark (i.e. night scenes and like) and not much control to brighten them. That's when reflection may appear.

Please know that your TV is engineered with Anti-Reflection Technology designed to minimize ambient light reflections. We understand that light conditions of each room environment are different. For optimal glare control, we recommend repositioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.
In addition to the several picture modes on your TV, you may also want to try adjusting additional picture settings if the picture you are seeing is not to your liking.
You can go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), Picture Clarity Settings, Local Dimming, Contrast Enhancer, and many more. We suggest trying brightness, contrast, and local dimming adjustments to brighten the dark scenes you have mentioned.
To ensure that your TV’s picture is always optimized, be sure that you are running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience.

Sound is what you would expect, adding a soundbar isn't a bad idea. The only thing I have noticed is some slight glare because it is close to a window, but pulling the shades helps.

I only have one thing that’s a very big disappointment, the Paramount plus app does not work on the Samsung TV. Paramount plus can’t even fix the issues.

Fourth Samsung tv I own as Samsung tv’s are long lasting tv’s. My oldest Samsung tv is from 2008 as it’s a 52 inch. This tv I purchased was solely for the technology. Technology meaning specifically for 2.1 HDMI input for a PS5. I know it’s only 1 input for this tv as LG tv’s have various but not at this this size and price. My room is dark so I didn’t need the top of the line model QN90A as I don’t need that much brightness. That’s why elected for this tv. TV is heaving especially if your caring it up a flight of stairs. Got tv cause it was a great price early in the year.
