I am having a little trouble with the Samsung sound bar syncing to the picture on some channels. If you leave that channel and then come back to it, the sound and picture is in sync. I am not sure if this is the TV, sound bar or channel.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN85A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

Had it installed on wall with pull out tilt brackets. Geek squad did good job. Only complaint they could have given me a little more info on smart features.

Then it started flashing when first turned on. I mean it was a stratling and obvious product defect. I had also purchased the TotalTech protection with the tv. That gave me the peace of mind that I was covered. I then purchased the QN90A tv, had it delivered and set up for free, used the box to box up and return the defective QN85A. I had to bring back to the store myself since I bought an open box item. But the new QN90A has a beautiful picture and hopefully no issues. The TotalTech protection gave me up to 60 days to return the tv. I'm really happy I'm a TotalTech member!

Picture quality is great, the sound output isnt the best, you will need a soundbar. The best part is the anti reflection capability built in it, works well for a living room with a lot of light coming in
