Extremely pleased with this TV. Great picture quality, vivid colors. Very responsive OS. Easy to set up. We have paired this with a Samsung QSeries soundbar, and the sound effects are now awesome. Getting mini LED at this price was a good value.

The TV has a great picture quality and was easy to get setup. The remote is small and volume adjustment needs time to get used to.

This Samsung QN85C Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV is amazing. You don't have a bad viewing position in our living room. It is 85 Inches of great technology. The colors are vibrant and the sound thru the HW-800C 5.1.2 Channel Atmos Sound Bar is fantastic. I have to thank Jamie from the North Scottsdale Store for pointing us to this great TV.

My wife wanted me to have a new tv for Christmas. When we went in I told the rep I didn’t want to be coming back in a year or two wishing I had purchased something a little better. I wanted a tv that I would be happy with for some time. This tv has been amazing and the reaction I get from people when they are over and see the picture quality. Definitely recommend this product!

Environment: AppleTV 4k (3rd gen), PS5, PS3, Samsung Q990c Soundbar. * Picture: Excellent -- close enough to OLED quality that the added brightness in QLED renders them virtually tied * Sound: Excellent (Atmos with Symphony enabled)* Plus for Gamers: TV supports every video option (120hz, VRR, etc..) a PS5 will produce and a picture that will (quite literally) blow your mind. Our two issues (minor): * Would have been nice for Samsung to include better default picture settings. Took a few days to hit the right combination of options. * When in Dolby Atmos, the soundbar will, on rare occasions, lose object sync and the surround becomes a confusing mass of sound. It's happened with AppleTV and with PS5 supplying the input. I know this is a review of the TV and not the soundbar, but as they are paired products in Samsung's portfolio and the sound is through TV over eARC, I considered it worth mentioning. This has only happened during start of streaming or a game so I expect it's a firmware init issue Samsung will fix in an update. Easy workaround is to power off/on the TV (which also power cycles the soundbar).

The first I got had a busted screen, but Best Buy quickly replaced in. The picture quality is amazing! Be warned, if you are installing this yourself, it is pretty heavy considering how thin it is.

With the right Streaming service it puts out the best clear picture .. a must Buy

I upgraded from a samsung 75 inch to this qnled 85 inch. This tv is beautiful! The only issue I had was getting the picture dialed in how I like it. I played around with the settings for about a week, and still couldn't get it how I wanted it. I kept seeing like minor blurring when there was movement on the screen. I finally figured out that I needed to turn off all of the blur, and judder settings, and now all is fine. Don't use the motion settings, or you will get that "soap opera" effect on your screen. I also love that it is a center mount tv stand. I don't have an entertainment table big enough for an 85 inch tv with the legs out on the end. I am glad that samsung puts center stands on all of there high end tvs. You get what you pay for with tvs for the most part. Sure you can find an 85 inch tv for 1000, but is it going to look as good as this tv, not very likely.

Have wanted a 85 in for years dud research and went to store found the one i was honna get and this one was above it and couldnt stop watching so ended up soending a few more dollars and could not be happier with my choice great picture and wonderful color

Incredible TV. Better than OLED. I had the Sony Equivalent and this by FAR surpasses it. If you enjoy High Quality Content and Film on a large 85 inch format, this has all the detail and color accuracy, It pops off the TV. Friends and family that come over are always in awe of it and say it looks 3D. I researched for weeks to find the best, compare, watch videos, and I found it. It is this TV. My Dad liked it so Much every time he came over he bought one.

Love this TV. I have enjoyed watching football and movies on this TV. The picture quality is great, and it has so many more options than my previous smart TV and very easy to add additional streaming apps. It also works great with my Sonos speaker system.

Excellent pictures, sound quality abd brightness are perfect

The tv looks awesome! Watching true 4K and HDR content really pops on this tv. Setup was really easy and intuitive…all over Wi-Fi! Sound is ok for the tv, but for real theater sound you will need to add speakers or a sound bar.

Our new toy, 4k tv. Picture is great especially with 4k broadcasts and movies. Have a 4k Blu-ray dvd player, an hdmi vcr/dvd player recorder so pretty much anything can be shown on this beauty. Of course the old vcr recordings from back in the day are grainy but we used to watch them on a 27” tv, lol. A couple of comments, had to replace tv as the first one out of the box had a dark spot on the l/s of screen, Best Buy took care of it no problem. TV number 2 works as it should. Other issue is my Sonos sound system is slightly out of sync with the tv, I can make an adjustment with Sonos but it seems to be consistently lagging. May be a setting, still working on it.

Great purchase glad i got this tv samsung always delivers picture quality is great no issues with the tv definitely and upgrade from the older models and the price is perfect
