    I’ve owned Samsung TVs in the past but this one is amazing. Has the quality picture of an OLED but the brightness an LED gives.

    This TV has the best picture I've ever owned. So clear and bright you can even see makeup on newscasters. Setup was simple and fast.

    The picture and sound are excellent. The quality of the tv and it's hardware are excellent. The O.S. the tv has its absolute garbage. It was working pretty well with only an occasional issue, that all changed with the latest update. Now if you watch a show and come back to it later the TV has to be hard reset otherwise the apps lock up and do nothing. At first i thought it was the amazon app but it did the same thing with the Samsung one and every other one. Not sure what Samsung did but it's made the TV a royal pain to use. If it didn't do this is give it 4-5 but the tv is absolute crap functioning this way and it's slowed down the loading of all apps as well. Don't spend your hard earned money on this TV. Find one that isn't crippled with a poor O.S.
