    We love this tv! It’s super clear and vivid! I appreciate the settings to make adjustments as needed. The service was great although the initial guys that came out and were unable to place the tv the way we wanted we were able to get a manager to adjust it and enjoy the tv. It’s beautiful. So far so good! The picture can be seen clearly from outside our sunroom it was a great purchase! I’d recommend a sound bar for a stronger effect but it’s good as is.

    Picture quality is clear and crisp. Set-up was easy and the smart features are a great improvement from my previous 2010 Samsung 65 inch

    HORRIBLE software and apps

    Good Picture but the software is HORRIBLE. Netflix takes 10 minutes to load if it ever loads. It is not due to internet issues. Have to hard reset the tv to get it to work half the time. I will be buying an apple tv since this software is so bad

      We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your QN85D TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    Customer Service is Horrible

    I am beyond disappointment and have almost no words to express my frustration in a polite way with the order of this TV, which was cancelled and attempted to rescheduled 4 times. The company which BestBuy outsources to deliver and install the TV is the worst ever. I bought this TV including delivery/installation and it has been dragging for weeks with several unsuccessful attempts which are not conclude for innumerous unprofessional skills. They completely waste our time and money as customers. I have bought many products from BestBuy but will never ever shop at BestBuy again. You wasted all your possibilities to try to make this work, as you probably did not care at all. wasted time and efforts just to simple deliver and install a TV. If the tv is anything like customer service, wasted money!
