HORRIBLE software and apps
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good Picture but the software is HORRIBLE. Netflix takes 10 minutes to load if it ever loads. It is not due to internet issues. Have to hard reset the tv to get it to work half the time. I will be buying an apple tv since this software is so bad

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Customer Service is Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am beyond disappointment and have almost no words to express my frustration in a polite way with the order of this TV, which was cancelled and attempted to rescheduled 4 times. The company which BestBuy outsources to deliver and install the TV is the worst ever. I bought this TV including delivery/installation and it has been dragging for weeks with several unsuccessful attempts which are not conclude for innumerous unprofessional skills. They completely waste our time and money as customers. I have bought many products from BestBuy but will never ever shop at BestBuy again. You wasted all your possibilities to try to make this work, as you probably did not care at all. wasted time and efforts just to simple deliver and install a TV. If the tv is anything like customer service, wasted money!
