The company which BestBuy outsources to deliver and install the TV is the worst ever. I bought this TV including delivery/installation and it has been dragging for weeks with several unsuccessful attempts which are not conclude for innumerous unprofessional skills. They completely waste our time and money as customers. I have bought many products from BestBuy but will never ever shop at BestBuy again. You wasted all your possibilities to try to make this work, as you probably did not care at all. Innumerous calls, five appointments scheduled, lots of wasted time and efforts just to simple deliver and install a TV.
