The most amazing purchase I have had the opportunity of getting. I love this TV, I came from an LG C1 and in my opinion any difference you may stick a magnifying glass to are nothing that should hinder your consideration of this Samsung. The team was also amazing and definitely assisted with making this one of my memorable purchases!

What a great TV! Pictures on the screen just pop out. Colors and brightness are great. Movies look awesome! My Xbox SeriesX and PS5 never looked or played better. With being able to play them at 4K 120hz. I just love this tv by Samsung. A little pricey but i think its worth it.

Proud to own this amazing TV of new design with massive 85 inch infinity screen and 8K resolution. of course 8K feature is not useful at this moment, We are not yet ready and 8K content is not available. Watching Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and games, all looks fantastic on this infinity screen. Rich colors with bright content, it looks amazing.   By reading Samsung marketing material and specs of sound quality of this TV, I thought this TV sounds like a theater. Of Course not, unfortunately the sound quality of this TV is not that great.  So I ended up adding the sound bar (Samsung - HW-Q800B/ZA 5.1.2 Ch Soundbar). Now all set.   Sanus - Premium Series Advanced Tilt 4D TV Wall Mount has been used to install this TV on the wall. Thanks to Kelsom from Best Buy Allen TX, who was so helpful in the purchasing process of this TV. Geek squad install TV and Soundbar. One thing I noticed when I am trying to watch 8K videos from YouTube,  it's freezing sometimes. I'm not sure this is the issue at my end with internet connection or TV's hardware.  Otherwise, I am enjoying this TV.

Beautiful tv with a wonderful bright clear picture. The only negative to the this tv is the sound, which is very bad. A sound bar or sound system is a must. This tv was purchased through BestBuy with a TotalTech subscription. They installed our tv and sound system, and Philip and his crew were incredible. They were the best!!!

You often hear the old adage “You get what you pay for!” Well, in this case, that saying is certainly true. This is an expensive television, but it also is top of the line when it comes to features. There is a larger 95 inch LG that is available, but that runs even more money at about $27k and only is a 4k set. This TV is 8k AND it upscales all video to 8k with the aid of its internal processing power. So first thing you notice with this TV is that it is HUGE mounted on a wall but also amazingly thin. Seriously..it measures just a hair over a half inch thick! The included remote is simple and can charge via USB or solar cells on the back of the remote. Turning this TV is quick and you are very soon impressed with the image quality. Even with normal cable TV, the colors really pop and the image is extremely bright using the default “Intelligent” picture settings. I had to turn the brightness down to only about 18 (out of 50) because it literally hurt my eyes at times with how bright it could be. Having the brightness up that high (40 to 50 range is how it ships), will also let you literally feel the heat coming off of the unit after many minutes of use. AV forums recommend using the “filmmaker” picture mode, but to me, it seemed dull and less lively with the colors, so I’ve left the “intelligent” picture settings on and decreased the brightness as I mentioned. Colors are amazing and skin tones look great. If you stream some 4k or the semi-8k videos that you can get on YouTube these days, you will be floored. It truly is an amazing TV and looks better to me than any of my smaller 4k sets. This is good because normally, larger TV’s are not as sharp with their pictures as smaller sets. This TV is the exception, in my opinion. The TV comes with a selection of digital subscription apps that you can quickly and easily access using the remote control. Other apps can be downloaded. The standards from Amazon and Netflix to Apple Plus and Disney are available. They work really well too and run FAST. ALL the menus and apps on this TV are very snappy and responsive, which is nice. I’ve seen plenty of TV’s in the past that run apps like Netflix as if they are moving thru Jello. The viewing angle of this set is insane. If you’re not directly to the side of it, you’ll be able to see the picture. This TV also uses what Samsung calls a “Smartbox” to connect all your cables and inputs. This is nice because if you have the TV mounted on a wall, you don’t have the visual or hassle of having a bunch of cables connecting to the TV. There is ONE proprietary Samsung cable that connects the TV to the slim but heavy ‘Smart Connect’ box and all your other cables plug in there. For anyone who uses a game console or has children who do, this TV also has a “Game Mode” that claims to reduce or eliminate any input lag from controllers and supports all the new fangled HDR and enhanced settings. Video games look amazing and the response is instant. No lag. As one would EXPECT with a TV at this price point. So overall I fully recommend this TV if you have the cash to spare and want a brilliant, beautiful, huge TV and also want one that is future proof. 4k content is really just getting in gear as far as content goes and 8k is still very rare. This TV will handle the 4k easily and up convert it to what looks even BETTER to my eyes. Plus, when 8k content starts taking off and getting popular, you will be ready. This was important to me as I wanted a great set, loved the size but also wanted it to last. I don’t plan on buying a new TV every 2-3 years like I know some do. If it’s important to you, then that is one more reason you will love this TV. Overall, very well done, Samsung!

I'm not sure I would feel the same way if I paid more than $8k for this tv, but it is definitely worth every penny based on the current price. The thin bezel, the upscaling, everything I watch on this tv is crystal!

Best buy came through! Second time I have purchased this tv. First time I bought it direct from samsung and they sent me a used tv! It was returned. I Waited a couple months and decided to buy it again as the price dropped. Best picture, best features I have ever had in a samsung tv. I had the 85q900ts and sold it to buy this one. Best tv on the market for the price!! You wont be dissapointed. Black levels are comparable to OLED. No banding and a completely uniformed panel with no dark areas. Sound is amazing and the new game mode functions are perfect for my PS5.

This is an expensive TV, the most expensive TV I have ever purchased. But using this TV, watching the crystal clear picture, the upscsled 4K that looks amazing, it is worth every penny I spent on it. When people vist my house, this TV is like a sirens call. People get transfixed by it and beg to stream their favorite shows on it. This is definately the best TV out there and it will not dissapoint you.

All I can Say is WOW! This is such an AMAZING TV. I have never seen a picture so sharp. The colors really POP! I feel this Neo LED brings some heavy competition to OLED, especially when you have a bright room. I would buy this TV all over again if I was just starting to look. Thank You BEST BUY and SAMSUNG.

WOW!!!!! FANTASTIC!!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!! We went from a 75" 1080p Samsung purchased about 7 years ago (from Best Buy) to this 85" NeoQLED 8K television. The colors (right out of the box) are vivid, bright, accurate, exciting! The definition is superb. My wife and I have absolutely no regrets purchasing this television. We initially tried purchasing it through Samsung and will never do that again. They may make fantastic electronic equipment but their sales departments are terrible. Plus, we saved $1,500 buying it from Best Buy and received it in little wait time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MODEL.

Bets TV I have owned yet. I am a big Samsung fan and when opportunity came to buy a new TV i started my research on Samsung. This 85" is a beast plus paired with a Samsung sound bar I will never go to the theater again. Xbox games on it are very detailed and I see detail I have never seen before.

I bought it for a nice price as it was being cleared out for the newer model. I just can't see how the newer model could be so much better for a considerably higher price. Samsung calls it QLED, I'll call it bright and beautiful. It shines even in areas awash with day light. Top-notch software, top-notch screen, flawless rendering, balanced audio even w/o a sound bar. None of the burning in issues of the oled panels.

This was a replacement TV for a 75 inch 8K I bought last year as a Father's Day gift to my husband. Shortly before the 1 year manufacturers warranty, the 75 inch TV stopped working. I purchased this newer 85 inch model to replace it and have not regretted it one bit. Talk about the Big Kahuna of all TV's. The picture is brilliant...almost 3 dimensional. The crispness and clarity is unreal. Yes...it is pricey....but in this case you get what you pay for. If you can afford it...dive in!

I am just sharing my frustration and very bad experience on this QN900A Samsung model BECAUSE I have several replacements because of the blinking screen on first and second replacement, and black screen on the third replacements. Samsung said it has to do with the motherboard issue. I told Samsung and BestBuy the main box was VERY VERY HOT that scares me of overheating or even catching fire, that I put a small fan to cool it down or even turn off the TV. If you don't want to have headaches and heartaches thinking when this THOUSANDS of DOLLARS of investment will FAIL next time, I won't be RECOMMENDING this TV to ANYONE. This could be the biggest regrets in my life :-( sob.

This is a great TV. Had it a month now. Been playing Xbox games for the second time because the detail and color is so much better than my previous 4k TV. It is in a very bright room, but the TV controls can be adjusted to overcome. Connected to a Dolby Atmos receiver. Signal to the receiver from the one connect box is accurate and easy to hook up. Nice solid stand, and great remote.

Seems to be working just fine. HBO Max broadcasts in UHD so I can test out the picture with a UHD signal. Looks fine. Still working on making updates to other components to get the maximum sound capability this TV provides. I need a new A/V receiver to support eARC. The current one only supports ARC. I also bought an HDMI 2.1 cable to maximize throughput. Everything is working fine, but I still need to upgrade a few things to get maximum performance.
