I'll keep it simple; This was beyond an upgrade for our living room set. The picture is vibrant, the sound is immersive and its features are easy to use and convenient.

Overall very satisfied with my purchase. This this is heavy - and it needs to warm up for a minute or so go the blurry screen to fix itself, but the picture is amazing!

Only been using it for 4 weeks now but already experienced some good time with this. Fast response to the remote control and awesome picture quality. Cons: 1) TV speakers/sound can be improved 2) Unnecessary menus with in Samsung home screen

This is a really nice TV. It was new and box but didn't contain anything but the TV and half the stand. No remote, no manual, no power cord and missing 1/2 the stand. It honestly appeared as they forgot to put it in the box at the factory, as everything was sealed, with a manufacture date of less than a month from when I bought it. Went to Best Buy and they didnt have a replacement in stock, but gave me a remote and power cord from a display to get it up and working as I didnt want to return it and not have a TV. I called Samsung and they sent me everything missing within a week so all is well now.

Samuel and Jake from the geek squad were amazing!!! They truly cared about my satisfaction! They took there time and made sure I was happy with everything. They explained everything well and they answered everyone of my questions throughly. After a week I was able to contact Samuel and explain the Tv is not operating. He made sure I was taken care of and is going to try a different tv. Can’t say enough about these two guys! The review wants me to answer if I recommend this tv. I guess it will depend if the picture quality is better than the possible faulty unit. I will say yes now hoping the quality is better on the new one.

This is the best flat screen TV for a brightly lit room. Viewing angles are excellent. Colors are brilliant and natural. The picture is very sharp.

A little pricey but your going to be impressed with the picture! The colors are sharp, and bright. The blacks are black. Even the tv speakers are ok. But I did splurge on a sound bar. I’m happy with my choice and love the brand.

I love this TV!!! I bought it to replace my 65" Samsung 4K QLED (which I moved to the master bedroom) and it does everything as described. I'm still evaluating the Samsung 9.1 channel soundbar I bought to go with it, (it may go back), but the TV is terrific! The picture is bright in any lighting. You can view it from any angle. The "sound follows the action" technology works as described. My only complaint is that the remote speakers from the soundbar aren't loud enough. A technician came out and said told me that was the way they were designed to work. But that's a soundbar problem, nothing to do with the TV. I like my Vizio soundbars better. We'll see what happens.

Amazing picture from any angle. All shades of black come through. Geek Squad mounted and set everything up. So glad I went with the Q90

I scoured the world over for a tv. I like the neo LED over the OLED. I dont have to worry about angles or glare. The remote is solar powered which is neat too. My PS5 has never looked better.

Awesome picture! Sharp, clear, bright. TV is very thin and easy to wall mount. The provided remote is small and simple to use and has a rechargeable battery.

Purchased from a recommendation from a friend. So, I went to best buy to check it out, and wow what a picture. Had it shipped to my home as the box is exceptionally large a will not fit in most SUV's. The shipping was very quick, and they brought it into the house for us. Easy setup, beautiful picture and we have been enjoying it ever since. Prior to purchasing, we had read some negative comments on Best Buys website, but we did not experience any of those issues. worked perfectly out of the box. The sound is ok, but we already have a sound bar system.

Sound and picture is amazing but best thing about it is there’s very little glare even when I’m watching during daylight or with the lights on.

So Far love this TV. I did a ton of research for best deal , I was going back and forth between OLED and QLED and while i agree OLED would give a better picture in a face to face comparison, the cost vs the the setup for what i have made the decision easy and i don't regret it. I live in a tall apartment with lots of sun which made me look for these backlit tvs vs OLED. I play movies, stream PS5 so i wanted an awesome tv and this one was it!. I have the tv on all times of the day and night and the picture is always exellted. Beautiful tv. No regrets!

Pros: Picture and sound are superb. Which is of course the main reason to buy a TV. Cons: Poorly placed power button. On my old TV I used to hit a button on the side to turn it on/off. On this one, it is hidden underneath and impossible to find so I have to go find the remote. The "smart" features are stupid and the remote sucks. For example, with my old "dumb" TV, I could simply set the input to say HDMI 2 and it would play whatever was attached (DVD, BluRay, media player etc). The "smart" TV demands to know the make and model of the device and mine were not included. The only reason it would need to know that is for their remote to work with the attached device. But the remote sucks and I don't use it anyway. The remote is of the Apple minimalist approach and only has a few buttons. Basically good for turning the TV on/off and not much else. I'm still happy with my purchase and I think most "smart" TV's are just as stupid as this one. So the picture is really the deciding factor.

After a Longgggg... time spent on research i decided to get this particular model (85"). I love it. Picture is awesome. View angle is great. But try not to put a light directly accross the tv as it will cause a slight rainbow effect. But only when screen is dark. No issues with ambient lighting though. As for Audio i do recommand using external speakers. I am using A/V receiver with sub and ceiling 5.1 surrond. The TV speaker sound is average. One note, I would definitly recommand having 2 people to install this TV. I used Best Buy Totaltech service and was very pleased. DO NOT lay this tv flat as it may damage the internals.

This is an amazing TV. I'm a Samsung fan from way back. I worked for Samsung Semiconductor many years ago and understand the strict quality code the company has and holds its vendors too. Back to the review, The TV is everything I expected and honestly more. The picture is amazing. When you see your 1st 4K or 8K video the clarity is unbelievable. I also purchased it with the Samsung - HW-Q930B/ZA 9.1.4ch Soundbar with Wireless Dolby Atmos / DTS:X and Rear Speakers, the sound is better than at the movie theater.

I love it. Picture quality is amazing. The sharpness and color are impressive for both gaming as well as casual use. The entire family enjoys it.
