Amazing quality for the price. Taizsen OS never seems to really skip a beat and isn't a super clunky UI compared to my older Sony XBR's Andriod OS.

This is a beautiful massive tv by Samsung . The colors are bright vibrant and gaming looks amazing on this massive 85 inch screen . Sadly I had to return as the tv had dead pixels .

The QN90A is an excellent tv, the deep blacks and overall brightness is fantastic! 4K movies are excellent and the tv does a great job with non 4K material. Now, it’s not magic so if you have garbage coming in don’t expect this tv, or any tv for that matter to make it look like 4K. After watching several different programs I was able to dial in the settings just the way I want them. Very happy with this purchase!

Love the tv, best quality picture I have ever owned. I spent more money then I normally do but it was well worth it. Never will I buy a cheap tv again.

Competes with Sony’s XR SONY OLED TV’’s, as I has the Bravia XR-A80K 77” and did another side by side comparison and decided on this 85” Samsung and after several weeks now I’m even happier than I was. The black levels are amazing and the color is spot on! Great TV especially for the price! I’ve always owned Samsung and Sony TV’s and currently have two of each right now. This 85” is for our Home Theater and fits perfectly!

I upgraded from a 2016 49” Sony. All I can say is woah I knew I was missing out but this TVs blacks are undeniably deep and rich not washed out gray like on my Sony. I originally went with a 75 but they were sold out so I upgraded to 85 it’s rather cumbersome to put up due to its large size but my gosh it takes up the whole wall at my house. It’s stunning to do work from home on too as the connections Samsung has for PCs is great and reliable unlike my Sony. The sound quality is crazy good, it’s almost like the tv knows when the action is going to occur and boosts the sound to make it that much better. I don’t think you can go wrong with one of these in any size but if I had to say the 85 inch is life changing for movie watchers and video gamers. Multi view is fun for watching YouTube and video games on the side.

Great color and sharpness, easy to use and intuitive smart tv, very pleased to have it. I use it for virtual biking, feels like I am there!

The price of this television is exorbitant, especially considering the warranty is limited to just one year. My experience exemplifies this issue, as the screen unexpectedly failed just days after the warranty expired, leaving me without any coverage for repairs or replacement. Although I enrolled in the "Best Buy Total Care" plan, I quickly became frustrated with their confusing and inconsistent repair policies. I took several days off work, expecting a "Geek Squad" technician to resolve my issue. However, each scheduled appointment was canceled by the technician, who provided numerous excuses without ever addressing the black screen problem. After enduring a dead television for far too long, I turned to a local family-owned repair shop, which ultimately offered quality service. Unfortunately, this repair cost over $300, on top of the more than $3,000 I initially paid for the television. This entire situation felt completely beyond my control, leaving me with a non-functional gadget barely a year after purchase. To make matters worse, the wait for my TV mounting service was a nightmare that dragged on for more than three agonizing months. The experience of purchasing the television and trying to schedule the mounting service, along with dealing with the black screen issue, left me feeling utterly overwhelmed. Countless hours were wasted as I navigated their disorganized system and encountered mixed messages from various representatives who seemed uninformed about my situation. This entire ordeal has not only been inconvenient, but it has also been a monumental headache that significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I often regret investing in such an expensive product, questioning whether the brand's reputation truly justified the cost. Each interaction with customer service only reinforced my belief that I made a significant mistake in my purchase. Friends and family have expressed disbelief at the level of service I received, urging me to share my experience as a cautionary tale. Ultimately, I have learned a valuable lesson about the importance of thorough research and consideration before making such a substantial investment—both with Best Buy and Samsung. As for the quality of the TV, it is indeed as described.

I purchased this Samsung 85” TV from Best Buy approximately 2 or 3 weeks ago. This giant TV is installed on the wall with the help of the Geek Squad. This TV is awesome in every way. No downside to the quality and performance. Only downside is the remote control which is black and can’t see anything that is on it when watching TV with lights off. There is an app for the smartphone to make up for that. For the app to work, TV have to be tuned on with the physical remote first. With this smart TV you can say goodbye to high cost cable TV. It comes with free TV app and works flawlessly. Can download many other media sources that are free and some fee based. Added a 4K AV receiver with Atmos speaker setup, now I am ready to retire early so can watch and listen to this TV and speakers long as want.

This tv is incredible it is 10 times better then our old which was 10 years old. We went from a 73 to an 85 and can’t believe how well you make everything out. It almost looks fake at time.

So here’s the deal, this TV is amazing. I’m really OCD about technology - to the point where it’s difficult for me to enjoy it sometimes - but after extensive research and not finding the OLED TV a good value at 85”, I decided on this equipment. Bear decision. I am floored by the clarity and color and how well this TV performs in my bright upstairs loft with more windows than I care to share. But this TV now and you won’t regret it. But back to OCD, this TV isn’t perfect, (1) the blooming effect on bright scenes is real and looks odd when it happens, (2) even with all the settings turned off, you still get hints of soap opera effect from time to time on movies. Neither of these is deal breaker, because this TV kills it everywhere else.

Freaking phenomenal! You do not need anything more vivid and detailed than this, period. Spending double on OLED shouldn’t be on most people’s radar at all. I’m an avid gamer and movie watcher. Let me just say it’s the best home gaming and movie watching experience I’ve had in anyones home after firing this thing up most the day and putting it to the test. Another fun feature I truly love is ambient mode. There’s a fair selection of screensavers and live art that will surly add to the positive mood in the room. Mind blown for the sub $3K price point.

Great picture, but intermittent issues with freezing up or not opening apps. Seems to be getting better, but keeping an eye in it.

Amazing quality still a little glare and I’m not to fond of the rainbow line when lights are on but I guess we can’t have everything now lol but truly amazing quality picture very lifelike that I’m actually there well done.
