There was no one with better service than Best Buy, as we did a month of due diligence before purchasing this TV. All the other big box stores could not compete with Best Buy on price w/ service. They took their time to research where they were not sure. But would have appreciated if Bestbuy had more choice on wall mounts especially coordinated wall mounts for the new release high end, large size TV and Soundbars.

Disappointed with Reflections

When watching a movie or show in a totally dark room, the picture is absolutely stunning. But, when I turn on the lights in my house, the reflections cause rainbow patterns all across the screen. The sunlight coming in from the windows causes it as well. It's very obvious and distracting, and I've never had this problem with any of my previous TVs. A little reflection from lights is one thing, but this rainbow effect across the screen is very extreme. This is my first Samsung TV. I'm not sure if it's a Samsung thing or not? Regardless, I'm likely going to pursue returning it and buying a different TV.

E ARC HDMI ISSUES

If you are purchasing this TV to use the E Arc hdmi it can make poping noises when switching apps or when it buffers. Im having to use the regular hdmi output. Do to tis issue. Im considering returning this tv. It does have a beutiful picture.

I found that Best Buy gave me the best price and signing up with the the “geek squad “helped with some questions I had

I have to keep adjusting the volume. No instruction manuals left for items installed. Was told to buy the 2 pack of EEROS to expand the house coverage of the WiFi. But when the installers came they said I could not use the one from Blue Ridge Cable with the 2 new ones I bought.

Thank you for your review of Samsung's QN90A TV. I apologize for the inconveniences you have had with the inconsistent sound volume.
The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test
To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the QN90A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > ‘Manuals & Software’ > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the QN90A TV under Samsung Neo QLED 4K > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

I like the fact that the remote has a solar self charging feature. the functionality of the remote falls short for a smart tv. and the provided instructions are no help.
