Reflective technology is terrible
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The reflective technology is terrible. I have recessed lights which cause a rainbow effect on the tv and it’s annoying. Also, if you have any windows near the tv, you will need to close the blinds/curtains or it’s noticeable on the tv.

It's O.K
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not think it is worth the money. I would give it a 5 star if it cost 1k less. For $2600 I am not impressed.

Good TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV is good but did not live up to my expectations with performance. The color is no different than that of a cheaper brand in the market.

Glare is too noticeable.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t always want to watch the tv with the lights off. Rainbow spectrum glare on screen is to distracting to watch with lights on.

Posted .Hello Swkk,
Thank you for your review of the QN90A Neo QLED TV and for sharing your feedback regarding screen glare. Please know that your TV is engineered with Anti-Reflection Technology designed to minimize ambient light reflections. We understand that light conditions of each room environment are different. Ripoff
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You can't use audio pass through. This tv has so many glitches, it's not even funny. Garbage. If i plug the Xbox into the tv, then to the receiver, there's a huge lag in audio. Ive tried fixing it many times, but its so frustrating that i just give up. It needs the digital audio delay to go into negative numbers. If i plug my xbox intuitive the receiver directly, then put picture out from the receiver, then i only get 60hz, w my Dolby atmos. Complete ripoff. Im forced to use optical audio output, and now, there was an update, and my tv wont even sense the receiver through eArc at all anymore.

Posted .Hi StevieKaySpeaks,
Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN90A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes updates to address input device performance, as well as the lip sync issues you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
After performing any necessary firmware updates, please also be sure you are using a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet Channel sometimes called HDMI HEC cable. Make sure you have also enabled HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu.
Please know that our 2021 TVs also have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which can also add a delay.
On your TV go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
I hope these tips help! Should you ever have questions or need help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Works for many, not me
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was not the TV for me. The dark scenes tended to ghost and HDR only made it 10 times more noticeable. The TV also caused me a fair amount of Eye strain. I can honestly say this TV is too bright.

Only ONE remote can be paired at a time!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There is a BIG problem with this otherwise good TV for anyone who does NOT live alone. Apparently all of the Samsung engineers MUST live alone. EVERY multi-person household needs MORE THAN ONE working remote for each TV. These VERY EXPENSIVE Samsung TV's were only designed to allow ONE working remote for each TV. PLEASE!!!!! Why can't Samsung fix this????? And if they have engineered a fix, please tell me what it is.
