Great picture but problems with settings
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV was purchased along with the Q950A soundbar because I wanted a compatible setup. The initial setup was easy but I soon had problems with the soundbar setting swithing back to the TV speaker only and then some of the Alexa commands that initially worked started intermittently working or not working at all. After spending a great deal of time setting up the system multiple times with SmartThings support, I was referred to Samsung support which could not resolve the issues either. Samsung ended up saying the would have a tecnician call me and schedule a visit to my house but that never happened. I like the picture but am disappointed that the settings dont work right on Samsung's high end TV and soundbar.
