When I purchased this TV I was undecided. stand or wall mount. I went with wall mount which turned out a good choice because when the TV was delivered someone forgot to install the mounting nuts inside the TV for the mounting bolts could be threaded into. There is nothing inside the mounting holes of the the plastic casing for the bolts to screw into. Hope these pictures show what I'm talking about

Right out of the box, there was a 6in black streak down the right side. Called Samsung tech support, couldn’t be fixed over the phone. Since it was mounted on the wall, they were going to charge $200 to take it down to service it. Since it had to come back down anyway, I returned it to Best Buy and bought a LG…. It has a much better picture. Best Buy was terrific to work with on the return. Highly recommend Best Buy, will never buy anything Samsung again (my 3rd issue with Samsung products… tv, dishwasher and dryer. All less than 1 year old)

I gave this tv a 1 star because after having it for 3 months it developed a black line vertically all the way through the screen. I had to deal with samsung directly and it was very long and painful.

Every other panel in my house is an LG or Sony OLED. Needed to replace our 12 year old Sony Projector in out theater room, so went with Epson. Just wasnt happy with the results. Cant believe in 12 years, the best projector was 3 years old. Didn’t want to spend more than $2500 on a replacement and wanted a minimim of 80”. Sony options had bad reviews on viewing angle, so landed on the Samsung. Totally blown away. The overall image is excellent. The black levels are excellent. Montion handling is very good, but not as good as my LG G3. If you are looking for a large format panel that won’t break the bank, this is it. Off angle viewing is best in class. Not OLED, but the best I’ve seen. You can plant a crowd around this panel ans nobody will complain about washout. All said, this is a massive panel. Its big, bulky and heavy. When it was delivered I had a panic attack thinking it wouldn’t manuever down the steps to our theater room. Make sure you buy a quality mount. Overall, very pleased with the purchase. Thank God, because I can’t imagine hauling this behemoth in for a refund.

The Samsung 85" QN90C Neo QLED delivers a truly impressive picture. This is the best TV I have ever viewed. I have seen lots of TVs and I have a few of them. The difference with this unit is the panel. It has an APS panel which produces a much wider viewing angle, amazing blacks/whites, vivid eye catching colors and a crisp but bright picture. The other 5 star reviews are absolutely spot on. I purchased the 98 inch Q80C and returned it. That TV did not perform like this 85 model. Again the difference is the panel. If you get a TV with a VGA panel, you will get mediocre picture quality, horible viewing angle and always fighting to get a better picture. This 85 inch QN 90C has the superior panel. Do your research and choose wisely . You will not go wrong with this TV. Best in its class.

Picture is awesome, especially anything in 4K UHD. Sound is great, with or without a soundbar, but the latter does amplify. The size is perfect, especially for a large room...it commands attention, and keeps you drawn in... I love this TV and am glad I purchased it!

I purchased this Tv as part of a family room makeover. Set up was easy. I like Samsung OS. It's easy to learn and user friendly. The picture seems very clear and crisp. We also purchased a Samsung sound bar system to improve the sound quality and utilize the Q Symphony affect. This TV is huge but fit the space perfectly. It is pretty heavy. Make sure you buy a mount system that can hold this sized Tv. I believe it weighs abt 100 lbs. I have never had a TV this large before. So far I am very happy with it. The picture is very clear almost as good as my 65" LG OLED. I would recommend this tv for anyone looking for a high quality extra large tv.

A new 85 inch TV is big purchase. I researched tv's for over 3 months. I visited 4 different Best Buy stores to compare tv's for myself. I was drawn to this TV big time... BUT most of the so called online "experts" said that Sony tv's are the best. So I was torn between what I was seeing, and what I was hearing. I went to Best Buy for the 4th time to finally make a TV purchase. I pretty much decided to buy either the Sony X90L, or the X93L. When I got to the store, I went to those two TV's. I liked the picture quality of the Oled (X93L) better, but I like the brightness of the QLED (X90L) better. I decided that I was not going to get an OLED because of them being dimmer than QLEDS. My living room has lots of windows, and I don't want to spend thousands of dollars on a TV that I can't make brighter. If you are buying a TV for a basement, or a completely dark room, get an OLED. The pictures are beautiful. But they just seem dull, or dimmy to me. But I wanted to see them side by side before I finally decided. Then I walked down to the Samsung TV's. I seen the QN90C again, and I was smitten. I was blown away by the color, the clarity, and the brightness of that TV. (And yes, I am aware they have all of their Tv's set to their brightest settings at BB. And that also includes the Sony tv's) I walked back and forth between the X93L and the QN90C about 4 times. I decided to buy the QN90C! It wasn't even close! I was just struggling with what I was seeing, and what the experts were saying. If Best Buy would have offered me ANY TV in the store for the same price of the QN90C, I stlll would have picked the QN90C. I am stlll blown away by my TV every time I turn it on. It's absolutely stunning and perfect in every way. At the end of the day... I had to buy a TV that "I" liked. You can read all of the reviews you want. And I suggest you do. But I really suggest you go to BB. Take your time. Walk around, and look at all of the TV's side by side. Compare them all for yourself. And then listen to your OWN EYES. Get what you like, and get what you can afford. I can't recommend this TV enough. Every person that's seen it for the first time has been blown away. Mouth hits the floor... eyes wides open... and they are totally speechless for about 15 seconds. They all mention how clear it is, and how perfect the colors are, and how bright it is even with all the natural sunlight coming through the windows. So, there's my review on this TV. I believe it is the best TV on the market right now... even though it's not the most expensive tv, and it supposedly doesn't have all the best processors, and other specifications. In my opinion, it has the absolute best picture of any TV on the market right now. And that's what I care about the most.

We are thrilled that we decided to purchase the Samsung 85” class QN90C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. If I was to describe this television in one word it would be PHENOMENAL! The picture is sharp, the color is outstanding (bold and crisp) which makes you feel that you are totally involved in the television experience. The television is big, beautiful and precise. It is like no other television we have ever experienced. If you want the best, buy the Samsung QN90C. Once you experience it you will definitely want it.

This Samsung TV is very bright which is very good for the room we have it in. Wow. My wife keeps telling me to turn down the sun (TV brightness). One thing that we noticed is that the Samsung Qn90c TV images/projection looks 3D (it seems like people are coming right out at you). The Samsung qn90c is pretty thin for its size (85 inch) and sturdy. The Samsung qn90c TV interface is smooth. The remote is the best, uses solar for charging and simple layout. I paired it with the Samsung hw-q930c and boy, the sound from the TV speakers is fantastic. I wish the TV would be a little cheaper. This is a good choice TV if you get it.

Very happy with this 85 inch tv. Picture is awesome and bright. I own 3 LG OLED tvs and wanted to put a brighter tv in my family room. Mission Accomplished! Easy setup with great HDR enhancement setting for SDR content. I recommend this tv!

This TV replaced the 75" version from last year (move that from the media room to the great room). It is incredibly bright and off angle view is fantastic. I've played with the settings a bit but right out of the box, the picture is excellent. I've owned several high end TVs ranging from early plasma to LG's OLED offerings and this beats them all. And yes, I think it's every bit as good as LG's current OLEDs and I don't have to worry about burn in. If you have the bucks, don't hesitate. And right now, the price is great.

The Samsung QN90C Neo QLED 4K Smart TV is an amazing TV that offers incredible picture quality, a smooth and responsive operating system, and an easy-to-use remote. HDR content looks especially amazing on this TV, with bright highlights and deep shadows that really pop. Its my first time using Tizen and I like it. The operating system on the QN90C is also very good. It's based on Tizen, which is a fast and responsive platform. The interface is easy to use and navigate, and there are plenty of apps available to download. (Sometimes it’s difficult to see which app youre on when searching). The remote control is also easy to use, but I wish it was backlit. This would make it easier to use in low-light conditions. Overall, the Samsung QN90C Neo QLED 4K Smart TV is an excellent TV. I'm giving this tv 5 stars even though we hit a horrible snag in its delivery date. But that was a local issue and it wasn't intentional and it's the holiday season so we'll forgive and forget. That aside, this television is so good, it makes you emotional watching commercials. The colors, the definition, the depth of field, the brightness and contrast, and the deep black points are amazing. If anything, you'll find yourself looking for content good enough to warrant the quality of your TV. Most average cable boxes just don't do the tv justice. Additionally, the gaming settings are uh-mazing. You can also set your tv settings to various modes so that you can scroll between them depending on the time of day or your particular desires. If you have a bright room, or a darker tv room, you'll be good to go. In my case, I want to "feel" like I have a quality tv so I keep the "dynamic" mode on which is set up for a bright room. Sure, I get a suntan at 10pm with how bright it is, but who doesn't want to feel like they're in a movie theater? I can't say enough good things about this tv. If you've got the disposable cash to buy this product, you will not be disappointed.

The picture quality is outstanding. The picture is bright, sharp and flawless. You can watch from any angle and the image is still sharp. We replaced our 7 year old 65 inch Samsung with this 85 inch super TV. It was well worth the expense, and I highly recommend this TV.

Quality of the TV is amazing. Brightness is off the charts. Colors pop out of the screen. I want to buy one for every room
