This is review about BestBuy service not about TV. TV jf this model - Great! BestBuy Service - Terrible!!! I ordered online this 85-inch TV Open Box in Excellent condition. It was listed as being in perfect condition, in original box and all accessories should be included. I rented van specially to pick it up this tv. But when I arrived to pick up, they handed me the TV without box, no power cable, no remote, no stand — nothing, just tv! Why list and sell something that you don’t actually have? Complete waste of my time and money. Extremely disappointing experience!!!

I’m just gonna say what everyone else is thinking. For context the remote with this tv doesnt have the ability to interchange batteries like other remotes instead it has a little colar cell on the back to passivley charge while you lay the remote upside down to catch sunlight coming into your house, also is able to be charged with a type C charger. The TV is 4 thousand plus dollars and they dont give you a charger to charge the remote, you either gotta buy your own, already have one, or just let it charge with the sun. For a 4 thousand dollar tv it better come with a dang charger if im not able to change my batteries. Is this too much to ask? Is this a joke for real?? I wouldnt bother, just get a nice big tcl or whatever else. Name brand means nothing these days. These companies get away with too much of this nickle and diming crap.

Absolutely Hot Garbage of a TV , Samsung has lived upto its hype. For the first time ever i tried having a samsung tv after never using one . Looks like Sony is the way to go. Was working great until suddenly this happened -

TV stopped working. No picture or audio. Didn’t even last 1 month.

I recently purchased the Samsung 85" Class QN90D Series Neo QLED 4K Mini-LED Smart Tizen TV from BestBuy, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! The picture quality is stunning, with vibrant colors and deep blacks thanks to the Mini-LED technology. The 4K resolution is crisp, and the Neo QLED panel delivers incredible brightness, making it perfect for both bright and dark rooms. The Tizen smart platform is super intuitive, with seamless access to streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu. The gaming features, like low input lag and 120Hz refresh rate, make it a dream for my PS5 sessions. The 85-inch size is immersive, turning my living room into a home theater.

This was close to being Samsung’s flagship 4K mini LED TV. I expected so much more. In general, the picture is great unless you’re watching a dark scene. The blooming is out of control no matter how you set the local dimming. I don’t know if it’s a bad panel or if it’s just the way the processing is on this TV. Very disappointed. Trading for an S95D. Even that with the matte finish has to be better.

Great product!!!! The brightness of this tv is incredible and the quality of the image is worth the price. If you have bright sun lit room, this tv will not have a problem with glare or image distortion. I have 6 tvs in the house and this is the best of them all. The only negative is if you want great sound, you really need to also purchase a Samsung Soundbar to use the QSymphony feature.

We are very pleased with this purchase. The difference in the quality of the picture and Angle of viewing between this and our 65-in 2020 Samsung is tremendous. I am also happy to report that we were able to continue to use our top of the line Harman Kardon soundbar system that we bought for the other TV. I also want to include my observations in the showroom before I decided to purchase this TV versus the OLED. Best buy had a 75-in version of both this and the OLED mounted next to each other playing the identical speed on each TV. I'm glad they did this, in my opinion, while there was a a very slight difference between the two, I wouldn't have been comfortable paying an additional $300, let alone $3,000 for the OLED. I was prepared to fall in love with and purchase the OLED. I am just so impressed with how far Samsung has been able to come, even in the last 5 years, with their NEO QLED televisions. We are keeping the 65-in and putting it in the bedroom where we had a 2019 55-in Samsung QLED TV. We will move that television into the guest room. I believe it is worth noting this television with a stand comes in at just under 110 lb. Where is the 65 in was just less than 65 lb. I definitely made sure to purchase a high quality larger and heavier duty mount for the new TV.

I cannot believe I never thought to invest in a great brand and product! This TV delivers on quality, picture, design, 4k, brightness, and all the above features you can think of. It gives the best quality image in 4k and gaming I’ve ever seen. You get to see all the smal details of rain, shadows, flowers, and background images to the fullest. The TV was very easy to hang with a recommended TV mount as well. Customer service was top notch and very knowledgeable of each TV and their features.

Words can’t do justice to how incredible this TV is. For the first time I feel like I truly have one of those perfect TVs that you see on the Best Buy wall. The Smart AI features do a great job detecting what type of media you are using the tv for and make needing adjustments almost obsolete. I have yet to have anyone enter my home since having this TV that hasn’t stopped and Wowed at the brightness and just overall incredible picture quality. Getting this model as new models come out was perfect timing and gave the opportunity to pay a fair price for an incredible flagship level TV from Samsung! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase if you get the opportunity go for it you won’t regret it!

Second time buying a Samsung TV. Once you get immersed into the Samsung ecosystem it’s hard to find another brand that replaces it. I am in love with my new Samsung TV the smart AI and Alexa capabilities allow for a hands-free experience. I can turn my TV both on and off by voice, which is amazing. I love the gaming hub which allows for me to play Xbox games without the console soon I will pair the TV with a Samsung sound bar. I’m in love with this Samsung TV. The image quality is unmatched, and the OLED technology shows crisp and vivid pictures, especially in 4K and 8K.

I absolutely love this tv. It should have came with a xbox controller since it has it installed and coat 2300 dollars but other than that it is amazing. Absolutely love it.

Excellent color and sharp picture. Small unobtrusive frame.

The Neo QLED works amazing in a large room with sky lights. The colors pop and really feel immersive. The only quirk I have had so far is the sound quit working and going through the settings switching from optical to TV several times did not work. I have a sonos sound bar. There is a maintenance mode which checks the internals of the tv and it performed a hard reset which did fix the problem. Unlike my other Samsung tvs working with Alexa and the Ring doorbell, brings up full screen the camera image and stops whatever you are watching. My Other tvs just had the picture in picture at the top so I could see and eventually disappeared. I may have not adjusted it correctly yet, but that is my current experience. I mounted it to my wall and it definatly takes two people to lift it, but it is ridgid enough to not flex the screen too much. The rechargeable romote is cool as it charges during the day but you have to flip it upside down to expose the charging cell.

It changed everything once it was set up. Most of the wall disappeared LOL. Great TV and excellent price. The selling point for us was our salesperson who knew the ins and outs of the product which enlighten us even more and gave us more to consider while shopping for other brands. we eventually decided this was the one..great picture, fantastic color, even hooked to an antenna, its clarity. We upgraded the sound. bar cable and what a diffference in sound. Watched an action movie first night,,blew us away. I gave it 4 stars and not 5. The non-glare feature the sales person demonstrated I don't think gave accurate picture as we do have glare but with the previous Samsung we just put the blind down and the glare it gone but the room has 11 windows as well, so we compromised in shutting the blinds of one window and still great picture, sound etc. Also we noted that with the sound bar connected with TV you only get 2 settings for sound....if we disconnected the TV speaker from it we get our 4 options (standard, game, surround sound etc). but again, with the new sound we have experienced the other options are really. not missed as it does adjust depending on what you are watching,,, and it was a great price to boot. Delivery was on time as indicated. Great communications with the delivery guy.
