Love the image quality, viewing angle and brightness. Thin bezel, good tv.

I bout this as an anniversary gift for my husband. We are extremely satisfied. The picture is clear and he is beyond pleased. We only purchase Samsung TV’s and this will not be the last.

I’m really impressed with this TV. The picture quality is crisp, vibrant, and clear from every angle. The colors are rich without looking exaggerated, and the 4K detail truly makes a difference. The sound is surprisingly good too,loud, clean, and balanced enough. Setup was simple and quick. The interface is smooth, easy to navigate, and the apps load fast with no lag. The remote is user-friendly, and the overall design of the TV looks sleek and modern in my living room. For the price, this TV is a great value. I’m really happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, simplicity, and great performance.

Picture is great. Very clear and bright. Sound is really good too. I'm very happy with this purchase. Also the packaging was really good. Made putting the TV together easy.

The set up was easy and the picture quality is excellent. It shows well from all parts of the room. A little heavy, but hanging it with extra help works well.

Great product!!!! The brightness of this tv is incredible and the quality of the image is worth the price. If you have bright sun lit room, this tv will not have a problem with glare or image distortion. I have 6 tvs in the house and this is the best of them all. The only negative is if you want great sound, you really need to also purchase a Samsung Soundbar to use the QSymphony feature.

We are very pleased with this purchase. The difference in the quality of the picture and Angle of viewing between this and our 65-in 2020 Samsung is tremendous. I am also happy to report that we were able to continue to use our top of the line Harman Kardon soundbar system that we bought for the other TV. I also want to include my observations in the showroom before I decided to purchase this TV versus the OLED. Best buy had a 75-in version of both this and the OLED mounted next to each other playing the identical speed on each TV. I'm glad they did this, in my opinion, while there was a a very slight difference between the two, I wouldn't have been comfortable paying an additional $300, let alone $3,000 for the OLED. I was prepared to fall in love with and purchase the OLED. I am just so impressed with how far Samsung has been able to come, even in the last 5 years, with their NEO QLED televisions. We are keeping the 65-in and putting it in the bedroom where we had a 2019 55-in Samsung QLED TV. We will move that television into the guest room. I believe it is worth noting this television with a stand comes in at just under 110 lb. Where is the 65 in was just less than 65 lb. I definitely made sure to purchase a high quality larger and heavier duty mount for the new TV.

I was debating between this tv or the oled. Im glad i decided to buy this one. It has excellent colors and brightness, and I dont have to worry about led burning issues. I like the control because i can use it for my other devices as well. This is the best tv I've ever had.

Bought an open box Samsung NEO OLED from Best Buy Blossom Hill the store manger and his team went the extra mile to ensure a great purchase experience. Samsung NEO OLED85”, is an amazing product, with excellent viewing experience. The picture quality in our bright room is amazing and made our thanksgiving extra special .

I absolutely love this tv. It should have came with a xbox controller since it has it installed and coat 2300 dollars but other than that it is amazing. Absolutely love it.

Purchased the TV with the recommendations of a very knowledgeable BestBuy. It's now installed on a new media wall in the home and we love it! Installation and setup were easy and the picture quality is amazing. The solar powered remote is a neat add-on and our Sonos system rounds out a great viewing experience. A year ago this TV was over $4,000, you can get it now for under $2,000. Great value!

Second time buying a Samsung TV. Once you get immersed into the Samsung ecosystem it’s hard to find another brand that replaces it. I am in love with my new Samsung TV the smart AI and Alexa capabilities allow for a hands-free experience. I can turn my TV both on and off by voice, which is amazing. I love the gaming hub which allows for me to play Xbox games without the console soon I will pair the TV with a Samsung sound bar. I’m in love with this Samsung TV. The image quality is unmatched, and the OLED technology shows crisp and vivid pictures, especially in 4K and 8K.

A very crisp picture for viewing. The directions on the screen itself are extremely easy to use and understand.

I did a lot of research prior to buying this TV and I also went to the local Best Buy Store to see TV displays. One of the expert TV reviewers hit it out of the park when he said if you want a bargain, buy this 2024 QN90D NEO mini-LED. Heavily discounted and the improvements for 2025 to picture quality were negligible. The picture is just fantastic and it use to be a $4,000 TV the I purchased for $1899.
