The TV is okay but definitely no wow factor like the other reviews I have seen. They must have been paid reviews. This is my honest review and my adult sister and my 16 year old agrees. A ROKU could have done the same thing, even better and cheaper.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Frame TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness, and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

Since my installation just over a week ago I can’t seem to get it to work in full screen mode for movies. I’m disappointed. I spent over 4k on a special in-wall box and electricians to come out. I was happier with my Samsung 65 inch. At least it worked.

Thank you for sharing your experience with The Frame TV. Black bars on the top and bottom of your screen can be caused by either a setting on your cable/satellite box or by the content you’re watching. However, the TV can be adjusted to help minimize this.
By adjusting the aspect ratio, you can get the image to fill the screen. Go to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size

Great product but not perfect

I love the way it looks like an actual picture frame in bright environment. I can also finally watch movies in during the day without worrying about shades! On the not so good side. The viewing angle is fairly small and AirPlay doesn’t always work right off the bat.

You cant even see your own reflection on the TV. Then theres the real selling point of choosing different works of art that could pass as the real thing. We love the ability to change the border with the different frames, we went with the modern teak which looks really good!

Only 4 people could really see the TV at once, if you lined up side-by-side on the couch. It wasn't very practical. We splurged and bought The Frame, and it is a game changer! I've never been so impressed with a product! Every day we put up a new piece of art. It's been so fun browsing the art and reading about the artists and learning what we all like. When we do watch TV, it's nearly always on a football game. We were told it's wouldn't be great for sports, and we almost didn't buy it because of that. But WOW - football has been much more fun to watch lately! I'm sure the quality is better on other TVs, but this is plenty amazing for us!

However mine is super glitchy with some of the apps ex. Netflix, Amazon Music. I do also really love the matte screen. Helps with the light. Also the Bluetooth really struggles to connect.

All you see if you can see it is a little gray cable. Got it at a great price that i couldnt pass up. Didnt use the wall moint supplied because i like to move it around some times. It definitely takes two people to do everything. Looks great on my wall.

We didn't want to spoil looks of our living room with a large black screen. This strikes perfect balance as an art display and home theater screen. It's there when you need a large screen and hides when you don't. Guest's are always shocked to realize it was a TV on the wall the whole time. No issues to report. Little pricey and you won't look back. Excellent product!!

The TV is about an inch thick and with the included wall mount it looks like a picture frame on the wall. The Wall art is a subscription, just FYI.

Very Realistic Photo Frame. Thinner the TV gets , it wont give you the sound you are looking for so make sure to get a soundbar connected to it right away for an awesome experience
