Terrible Service by Best Buy

With taxes, came to just over $4,000. We had it delivered to a condo where we were moving to in a little over a month. We waited to open the box until it was ready to be installed just before we moved in. Only the TV screen was in the box — no connect box, no power, no stand, no remote, no manual. Called customer service three times. First they said the warehouse would call me in 24-48 hours, but that never happened. Then they said they’re not going to do a thing, but I could try walking into a store (I bought it online) and seeing if I have any luck (I won’t have any luck since I bought it online). So I’m out $4,000 and all I have to show for Best Buy not delivering a single part that makes the TV work is long waits for customer service reps who are very pleasant but won’t or can’t do anything. Won’t be shopping at Best Buy again.

Was able to setup the tv with an in-wall media box. After 7 weeks of trial and error w/ the Geek Squad I finally had the tv setup and looks AMAZING. Should not take so much effort to setup as advertised.
