No “In Wall” cable

The power cord that is included is not certified to go “in wall” and it is near impossible to find one that does. The Samsung website and all the photos of the frame TV show this this cool looking TV mounted on a wall doubling as a framed picture. It is a great concept however it is very misleading because an in reality you will have a cord hanging down the wall which these photos fail to show. Samsung/Best Buy say it is invisible or translucent however it is not. It is easily visible and completely ruins the concept. A certified fireproof “in wall” power cord should be included or at least available to purchase. Also, I specifically asked Best Buy prior to purchasing and was told it could go “in wall” and even bought a kit to do so. Extremely frustrating.

Phenomenal!!! Love the way it fits flush to the wall. Had a closet behind the wall that the tv was mounted to so we had the Geek Squad drill a hole all the way through and we put the "box" on a shelf.... This was great so that I can easily access the ports for Fire stick or game console, etc.

I purchased this television on December 11,2023 and called on January 22,2024. The television went on sale for 1000.00 less, I wanted to get the 1000.00 deducted and was told it was past the return date, I am so disappointed in the refund status for Best Buy, it was just over the return date and I couldn’t get the discount. This is the worse experience I have ever had with Best Buy.

Worked for one hour and then stopped. Just had Samsung come in on warranty and they have to change the panel in the tv!! Ridiculous
