The TV was delivered on November 15. Within a lil 2 weeks the tv picture distorted when turned on. So if you have to turn it on and off several times before you get a perfect picture two days ago whatever you watch flashes and then stops. We called Best Buy and of course we passed the window of Best Buy being responsible so they sent us to Samsung. We’re currently dealing with them but this has been a mission with this TV. It’s not even been month today is December 5, 2025 and the TV was purchased November 15, 2025. It’s ashame because our old tv was a Samsung great 20+ years

It glitches constantly. When the picture, starts it immediately turned to glitch.

My 85’ Samsung Smart TV

I purchased this television for my husband and he loves it! Our previous television was a Samsung and worked great but it wasn’t a smart tv. The quality of the picture it shows is great and very clear. I also must mention it was easy to set up, a click here and there and we were ready to go. It’s not as loud as I would have liked so I will be purchasing a soundbar. Great tv for the quality and price.

Wow! This beautiful TV immediately converted my basement to a theater. We also recoeved excellent customer support from the Beat Buy Store Manager and Installation Team. Overall we recieved an excellent product and excellent support!

Delivery guys were fabulous. Polite and professional. And the TV was very easy to set up. With the new type of box, they have it’s super easy to unpackAnd the picture quality is very crisp and Sharp. Overall, the whole experience was fabulous.

The delivery arrived safely on Saturday. Upon unpacking, I discovered a crack in the TV's LED.
We spoke with a representative again and were able to get it exchanged.
The TV arrived again and was very good.
It took some time, but all the issues were resolved without a hitch.

Great tv! I actually have a 65 in too and had to run straight to this when I moved for an even bigger living room movie space! Installation was a breeze and the guys were great! Favorite tv!

I have delayed buying a large tv for many years, but both my wife and I got sick and tired of not being able to read the channel guide or some of the text on screen , so I finally did a bit of research and settled on this one. I'm not a gamer and don't need the latest and greatest speed or clarity so I spent about 1/3 of what the most current and hi-tech Samsung of this size runs. I am very happy with the size and the picture. The sound is good enough without the additional sound bar (way to expensive - I thought) and despite a large learning curve regarding all the features, I am happy with the performance of this tv.

Unfortunately when I bought the tv and brought it home, I unboxed it to find a crack in the screen. There was no visible damage done to any packaging so I couldn’t tell how it happened. I returned it to the store I purchased it at the next day and they quickly helped me exchange it and get it in and out of the back of my vehicle. The employees were knowledgeable on how to move the TV and how I could safely transport it. After the exchange I went home an unboxed my tv and set it up which was easy and quick. Very clear picture. The tv is very big and heavy definitely need 2-3 people to handle it properly

Looks great. Just wish it would work a little more seamlessly with our Apple TV. When turning on our Apple TV with our old sony. It would turn the tv on and start right up. With this one you have to select the Apple TV to watch instead of going right to it on it’s own.
