Unfortunately when I bought the tv and brought it home, I unboxed it to find a crack in the screen. There was no visible damage done to any packaging so I couldn’t tell how it happened. I returned it to the store I purchased it at the next day and they quickly helped me exchange it and get it in and out of the back of my vehicle. The employees were knowledgeable on how to move the TV and how I could safely transport it. After the exchange I went home an unboxed my tv and set it up which was easy and quick. Very clear picture. The tv is very big and heavy definitely need 2-3 people to handle it properly

We are really loving this TV so far, only complaint I have is we have DTV Stream so I don't need all the tech built into the TV. I would love an option to just purchase a "dumb" TV that only operates via HDMI inputs. If Samsung or other manufacturers would offer this option it would also drive down the price point. Just my 2 cents

replaced an older 85" and this one by far is way better in not only picture and quality but even also the sound

We love our new TV! The color's perfect and it was easy to install. Best Buy is the only place we buy electronics. The helped with the installation processand they were thoughtful and easy to talk to. The delivery people were right on time, called us when they were on their way and very polite and helpful also. Thank you all for your help.

I wanted a big screen for our church and had a tight budget. This one seemed like is was big enough and surprising affordable. Although it was the least expensive 85” TV available at the time, I was surprised at how clear and vibrant the picture was. We just use it for PowerPoint and the occasional video playback so our requirements were easily met. Samsung is a a brand name so we are happy.

Best tv, Samsung are nice. I've been only buying Samsung tv's because of the Samsung tv package. It's great love it and it's free. I dont have or need cable tv anymore because of the Samsung tv package that comes with the tv. Also the picture is great and sound

The delivery arrived safely on Saturday. Upon unpacking, I discovered a crack in the TV's LED. We spoke with a representative again and were able to get it exchanged. The TV arrived again and was very good. It took some time, but all the issues were resolved without a hitch.

A great tv. Picture is beautiful. I noticed when the tv is turned up to the max volume it doesn’t seem really loud. But other than that it is a great purchase.

This TV met my needs perfectly, and the shopping experience was very good. The staff at BestBuy made sure I took it home properly and safely. Everything went fast and smooth and I'm glad there's a BestBuy close to my home.

Love the tv so far, the picture quality is amazing. The streaming is a bit laggy. Tv doesn’t lag with the Roku? That’s the only down fall.

I want to love this TV, but I can't. I consider myself brand loyal to Samsung and this was a natural upgrade from our 65" 4K TV of the same brand. I realize this is an economy level TV, but my 6 year old TV of the same resolution has a far superior picture, even when watching 4K programming. My wifi runs 500 Mb-1Gps, so no issue there. I frequently have a challenge with apps failing to open and kicking me back to Samsung TV. The 2 HDMI ports and no optical audio output are also challenging. I connected the soundbar with an HDMI to optical adapter, leaving 1 HDMI port available. 3 HDMI's + optical are available on the U8000 for a $100 upgrade. Overall, the TV is user friendly and intuitive as I have enjoyed with many Samsung products, but unfortunately, the resolution of this model is disappointing.

Nice size love the picture in these tv, the sound is not great but with a sound bar it's just great, also love the features and the apps

Looks great! Upgraded from a 2020 82 in model to 85 in 2025 model and the picture quality is like night and day.

I bought 2 TVs back to back at Wal Mart and they bothe were damage so I took back to Wal Mart went to Santa Fe bought this one and it's perfect best buy way better than Wal Mart
