Not bad. Glare from any other lighting in the room is a serious distraction. The menu structure and remote control make selecting any particular input borderline hair on fire frustrating. This is my first “Smart” TV so maybe it’s just a matter of getting familiarized, but to me it seems really “stupid”.

This is a great product as Samsungs is surely known for! Samsungs produces the only TV’s that I will ever purchase for my house!!

Considering the size, quality, and sound. The price for this TV is practically a steal. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

The TV has a great picture and plenty of apps for viewing the channels we enjoy. We have had some issues with the soundbar that came along with it. The sound bar often drops the sound either entirely or just certain tracks. For example, the soundtrack may play but the dialog is missing or the sound only has the low frequencies.

Love the picture quality of this TV, when watching movies the feeling and view is just amazing. Great value for my money. And customer service is great

Love it, went from a 2009 parasonic tv to 80inch sam crytsal. Major difference in visualization and how clear things are. Will be with this one for a long time.

Love my new Samsung 85” tv. Great picture and was easy to set up. I have become a Samsung fan. They hold up much better and cost less than the Sonys I used to buy.

Picture looks great crystal clear!!!! I don’t like the new Samsung program. It’s hard to download the apps that I have before, but the TV looks great.

We are loving our new Samsung 85" TV. Had to get a new sounder because our old one was not compatible but the sound and picture are fantastic.
