Went from over 7 minutes to boot up and then have ability to search for something on chrome to under 30 SECONDS to boot up and be already searching the web! I would suggest this or other SSD as a replacement HD to make your computer runs faster and btw my laptop was new in Jan of 2015. Runs faster than when brand new

It was super easy to install and happy with the additional storage space. Load times seem about the same, maybe slightly faster. But not a drastic difference from the old drive.
