This item is amazing. It is unbelievably faster than than the HDD that came with my computer. Super easy to clone the HDD to the SSD with Samgsung's software. It's done by plugging the SSD into the USB port on the computer, you need a SATA to USB cable for this. I got one for under $8. When done, unplug the SSD, open your computer, unplug the HDD, then plug in the SSD. I just laid the SSD on top of my old HDD as there was no storage tray for it, no big deal.

I bought the Samsung - 870 EVO 1TB internal SSD to upgrade the 1TB storage SSD I currently have on my HP Omen gaming PC. I wanted something simple and easy to install, but with fast speed and more importantly, high quality and affordable. Samsung did check all the boxes for me and with the BestBuy discount, I am really happy with my purchase

Samsung 870 EVO 1 TB Internal SSD SATA hard drive was the fastest of any hard drive that I have ever owned, was remarkably cheap compared to other hard drives in the past and thanks to the Best Buy team for their knowledge and skills for recommending it to me, the;y were wonderfully hepful to me for helpinf me choosel

I had some issues with my computer doing some really strange things. Tried a tune up didn't work. Took it for service only to find out it was a bad hard drive. Upgraded to one with more memory and faster connection. So far I am very satisfied with this product. Works great and cheaper than a new computer.

Needed some extra storage for older Intel Quad Core PC. Ended up using Samsung - 870 EVO 500GB SSD as storage and used EaseUS Partition Master Pro Edition to clone Windows 10 to this 1TB SSD. Same excellent performance, just more room now. Also used the Corsair Dual SSD Mounting Bracket (CSSD-BRKT2) to mount both Samsung SSDs into my case's Hard drive bay.

Compact, easy to use. Reasonably priced. Safe file storage.

Got this on sale to replace an old 256gb SSD. Pretty straight forward install plug & play, and reinstalled Windows.

Upgraded from HHD to this SSD and it’s worth every penny. The speed is so fast from boot up to running softwares and web browsing. I’ve had it for 6months now and no problem at all. I downloaded the migration software, shutdown the PC, disconnected the data drive connectors and attached this new drive, rebooted, ran the program, and 40 minutes later the PC shutdown after copying the smaller drive. I replaced the old with the new SSD and it flawlessly rebooted .

I have purchased six of these so far. I plan to purchase more and eventually convert all of our desktop and notebook PCs to the Samsung Evo series solid state drives. The Magician software that works with this series of Samsung's drives is a game changer. The transfer of data and installation is quick and easy with no loss of data.

I was wondering for a while why my Xbox One S wouldn’t turn on—it turned out the old SSD was corrupted. I needed a replacement, and this Samsung 1TB SSD did the trick perfectly. My stepdad helped install it since I’m not very tech-savvy yet, but once it was in, everything worked great.
