    My laptop crashed, and although I may have lost some item on my desktop (mainly pictures), the Geek Squad was able to put in a new internal drive and it seems to be much faster that the original that came with the laptop 3 years ago. I like and trust Samsung products-I also have a Samsung TV and cell phone.
