I just switched out my old hard drive to this new SSD and my computer is running AMAZING. Easy to do. Highly recommend.

Much faster than your standard HDD. Using it with my M.2 NVME and works like a charm for holding my games. No issues so far after a month.

It was first used for a few weeks as an xbox storage drive. Now it is the main drive for my son's entry level gaming computer. It is far enough past the speed of an old hard drive, and close enough to the speed of an nvme drive to be perfect for gaming.

After days of frustration with trying to get the cloning software (Acronis, Macrium Reflect) for the other major brand to migrate my data to their SSD I gave up. The Samsung Migration software worked flawlessly. I had cleaned up the source hard drive with chkdsk /r and sfc scannow before the transfer. I bought two 870 EVOs and now am buying two more. SSD drive. Very reliable and easy to install. I had to format it which was easy once I searched how to do it online.

So far this is performing well read/write - good value for the size and speed. I am using this as my main windows 10 hard drive.

Samsung SSD drives are a breeze to install, are reliable and have great performance. Would definitely buy again!

This 1 Gig internal SSD increased the speed of my older desk top PC and has extended its life for me. As I am a Senior, this is much appreciated so I don't have to buy a whole new computer and learn everything once again. It was also very easy to install with the Insignia Drive Mount

My desktop computer was so extremely slow. Read about SSD replacing the existing hard drive. Was very doubtful because I took my computer to be cleaned and analyzed. Nothing seemed to help. So decided to replace with SSD. The difference it made was astounding! Such a huge improvement in the way the computer works now. Would recommend!
