Its been awhile since I bought it and it works well!

Whitin a few minutes I was told what was my computers problem and they checked and informed me that they had the replacement part despite the fact that my lap top was 15 years old. They replaced the old solid state drive with a brand new one. I was so happy I could not believe.

Besides Crucial and Sandisk, I consider Samsung the king of SSD makers. I used to to upgrade an old all-in-one lenovo desktop, and everything runs about 5 times faster. very easy to install.

Needed this to upgrade my storage for media on my PC. It works as intended and installation was straight forward. Also some small advice I receive from the best employee that assisted me made the whole process smooth. I'm definitely purchasing another one soon.

If you have an older laptop that needs speed this will make it compete with the new ones. Very fast and responsive.

Geek Squad recommended this purchase to repair my laptop which would not boot. The problem has been resolved and the laptop works just fine. This was the SSD selected by the Geek Squad consultant to replace the damaged SSD on my Lenova laptop. They did the repair and notified me promptly. It works great now.

I purchased this mostly for backup protection. I cloned my HDD to this using Samsung's Data Migration software, then I swapped this into my all-in-one. I'll periodically clone the SSD to my old HDD so that I have a backup. Boot time, web browsing and email are noticeably faster now. Everything went flawlessly.
