had a problem with printing off computer.loaded software from computer to printer,every time I atempted to print, it went to save file.called for appointment with geek squard was informed they don'[t work on printers,told them i don,t want them to repair printer or computer,I just want to know what I was doing wrong.they said they would give me # to text support.they don't work on printers,my responce was I don't want work done to printer I just want to know
where I went wrong.your rep hung up on me.now it took me three days to figure out what was wrong.which is why I pay a contractwith geek squad so I don't have to go through all. that crapI'm not a happy camper with that kind of service

I turned off my PC and unplugged it before leaving for vacation. When I got home plugged it in, powered up and got a bootdisk not found error. After some experimenting I have figured out the SSD crashed. I didn't really have a backup which is on me, but I've had HDDs last 10+ years. Definitely disappointed.

Bought this to upgrade from a hard disk drive and it makes a huge difference. I've heard good things about reliability, but it actually failed on me causing me to lose all my data. I'm not sure what went wrong with the drive but one day I booted up my laptop and Windows went into recovery mode. I tried to save it but it was too far gone. Had to bring it to the repair shop to get a fresh SSD and fresh install of Windows.
I'm sorry that your experience fell short of expectations. This is not the quality we expect from our products.

Wouldn't work in my pc. Bios could not see it. Another brand could be seen and used.
There are several reasons your SSD may not be detected in BIOS. BIOS may fail to support the SSD if it is outdated - please update the BIOS to the latest version. Also, your system may fail to detect the SSD if it is not properly connected – please disconnect the cable and reconnect. Lastly, you may need to connect the SSD to a different SATA port and try again.

Went bad in 7 months.. dell laptop showing hdd failure. Will call Samsung but not hopeful of a quick resolution as they would want to test at their end. Stuck with buying a new drive and losing all data. Went with Samsung thinkjng of a trusted brand.

Could not get this SSD to boot up for cloning. PC could not recognize as #1 position in Booy. SanDisk worked perfectly

It does not come with the screw you need. I had to return it and I also see that Best Buy deleted my previous bad review.

Upgraded my old laptop with this SSD. The old HDD was as slow as molasses on a cold day in winter. Now, the laptop is very fast. The process to move the content of the old HD to the new drive is provided by Samsung and it worked on the first try without a glitch. I am delighted with the performance.

This is the 5th Samsung SSD I've installed into and older PC to give it a NEW LIFE. Now the PC owner doesn't fall asleep while waiting for the PC to bootup. Now boots in under a minute not 3 to 4 minutes.

One of the Geek Squad agents suggested this product to improve speed of my very old laptop. Not being very tech savvy myself, I didn't know that this was an option for me. I was amazed at the difference in the operation of my computer. I was very happy and would recommend this product to anyone with a similar situation.

The service to restore space and save my laptop from being traded in was absolutely amazing. I've had my Lenovo since 2013 and the updates that have been made for Microsoft suites are no longer available to my model due to the time that has transpired. To have more space added and alternative ways to use Microsoft suite on my laptop now have been a Godsend
