Works and super fast

I had no problems installing a fresh install of windows 11. I had a hard drive before this ssd and it is running so much better on the ssd than my previous hard drive. Still working great.

Great Flash Drive

It was working but I wanted a flash drive that would load up faster with applications. The computer starts faster too. This was installed in my hp desk top by Geed squad. I wish Samsung included a sata cable as well. I backed up my old drive with Acronis True Image and restored it to the flash drive without any hitch! In that way I did not have to reinstall all the programs.

Wonderful replacement for my poor old hard drive

If you plan on transferring data from an existing drive, make sure you pick up a SATA cable if you don't have an extra! I got a SATA to USB cable for about $5 and that did the job. This drive is also lightning fast compared to the HDD I had before it.

Super Fast Hard Drive!

They are great drives. I have never had one go bad. If you use it for your computers. The boot up time for your OS is insanely fast. Just put one in my dads computer and he couldnt believe how much faster his computer runs now.

It was an easy swap and moving to an SSD on an older server was extremely easy with this drive.

Samsung 870 EVO 500 GB Hard Drive

I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to speed up their computer! Samsung is a good quality brand for electronics. I have purchased both of my Samsung dual-monitors from Best Buy and purchased my Samsung 4K TV from Best Buy years ago and everything Samsung is still running great!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once again an excellent product from Samsung, replaced my almost full 250 GB Samsung 860 with the new 870 EVO and it is faster than lightning. where my system used to take approximately Two and a Half Men it's to fully boot up from hitting the power button, it is now at my desktop ready to work within 15 seconds! Saving and opening very large files now happens basically in the blink of an eye.
