Good drive

Drive Solid Value - Needs Updating (Firmware)

Only hassle is actually updating the firmware - which if you don't download Samsung Magician (which is Windows-heavy, bloated, slow and outmoded) you'll likely get less than optimal performance. Also, you'd be wise to disable write-caching in all cases when you're using this in a Laptop- well known performance increase. Try NovaBench for some before and after figures. Good luck!

SSD is the way to go

Perfect PS4 Drive Upgrade

It was easy to replace. It did take a while to load the system software and re-download my games, but now I have tons of space and everything loads about 50% faster on average. If you’re eyeing this for a PS4 I can personally say it is a perfect choice.
