This item is no exception. The SSD comes in a slim 2.5" aluminum casing. It is easy to install, format, and start using it. In my case, it is a storage drive. I keep all my backup information on it. I tested the performance and scored 530 MB/s Read and 500 MB/s Write on 1, 3, and 5GB test file benchmark tests. You can also install Samsung Magician software to keep total control over this device. I recommend it!
